I have to say I was in the same story about a year in 2 months ago and the customer service was not good at all. I went in there today and the girl that helped me out there had some of the best customer service and answered questions she was very helpful I went in there to buy the same pair of boots because they lasted me a year in 2 months well worth the event all the other times I have gotten boots from other stores and they only lasted about 3 months to 6 months. So for the most comfortable boot I have ever worn and have lasted me the longest here's the picture. These are the boots I call the best boots ever. No need for breaking in.

i called in to order 2 pairs of boots. I live in Ohio and have ordered boots from redwing stores for several years, this store refused to sell me boots because they where going to be going across state lines.......... not like i was buying guns or liquor this was just a couple pairs of boots. The girl on the phone had no clue on customer service from the beginning she kept putting me on hold to ask her manager my questions....... Not a good representation on Red Wing. Thankfully there are other stores that where happy to sell and ship me boots across state lines

Really needed work boots, thought this place was a good option, woman there wasn’t helpful and we felt like a bother. Shoes that were on display weren’t even in stock. Won’t be recommending.

Jeanne May provided by far the best shoe/boot shopping experience that I have ever experienced. She was very professional and knowledgeable on every boot in the store. I wish I could give the company more than 5 stars. I will be a life time customer due to her. By far the best boot store in Lubbock and surrounding areas.

A1 customer service. Selena was very knowledgeable about the shoes and very patient as I worked my way through choices. She was kind and I believe that of might have bought ice in the winter from her. There is a car dealership somewhere missing it's star salesperson. I believe I'll be very satisfied.

I am from out of town and the first pair of boots I got were too big, I brought them back and Ryan Salmon was great!! He helped me exchange my boots for a pair that fits!!

Two weeks ago I showed up at the store curious about what Redwing might have with respect to tennis shoes. The young lady there measured the way I walked and the length of my feet and recommend a shoe size based on those. Even though the size differed from what I usually wear in another brand, I took her recommendation in the Vasque shoe. She also recommended an orthotic based on what had been measured. I have been wearing doctor made $500 orthotics for close to 15 years and have not ever been able to wear any shoes without them so I was very skeptical that they would work. After walking around the store with the shoe and the orthotic for a while, I decided to purchase them. I waited this long to leave a review partly in order to understand how they were going to feel while wearing them. All I can say is "wow". I have been very pleased. Two days after I purchased them I wore them all day long while running around Lubbock. At the end of the day, my feet were normally tired but given new shoes and orthotics they were great. I have worn them a lot since (without the doctor orthotic) and I can say at this point that they are the most comfortable shoes that I own. A $65 orthotic is quite a savings. The service was great and the young lady was very professional and helpful.

Store only had one pair of boots of the model I was looking for in stock. They were a similar size to what I wear in my other pair of RWs. Tried them on and they fit perfectly. Andrew let me know they were on sale also, which made the visit that much better.
