I’ve rented from many rental places and even some Rent A Centers and have never received the kind of customer service that I’ve experienced at the one located on 34th street! Brian is exceptionally helpful understanding and also caring! The hours I work at my job he work with to accommodate me on my payment’s! Anything I need he goes above and beyond to be sure it’s taking care of! Never has he ever been rude or pushy! It’s the family vibe for me and it’s giving! He has encouraged me and help me get to the point of paying off merchandise and getting more! Thanks Brian? 34th st Lubbock Texas location rocks! Hands down I highly recommend ??
