I went in with a flat tire and Erick C. Made sure I was in and out in no time he was courteous and made sure I was taken care of I would recommend rent a tire 10 out of 10 ask for Erick C. You won't regret it!

Julia should be let go because she unexpectedly stated that the settlement amount to close my account was $250. When I asked if we could negotiate, she flatly refused. I need to discuss this with Shane, as her behavior is unacceptable. Her tone was unprofessional, and it’s clear she doesn’t care about customer service or how she interacts with clients. She seems solely focused on getting the money and shows no regard for the customers. It's clear that she needs to be terminated right away.

Nice people, and we have gone through rent a tire before but this time we went in and no one could explain to us why they were charging us another $400. Got told it’s $72 a week for 20 weeks. Multiple that and it is $1440. But we were giving a top price is $1017 plus tax. You won’t pay anymore than this price.
Where is the other $400 going?
Made no sense to us.
