This place is a big joke there machines don't work no hot water to them you have to put your own hot water on top of the washer they put slot machines inside there all types of people go in there now not safe for your children not a good environment for your children hardly cleaned alot is wrong at this laundry at don't recommend it at all

If I could give a negative zero … wanted to wash my clothes with hot water the machine I didn’t work with hot water I went up to the people in charge and they told me I have to pour hot water from a closet so the machine to work on hot water. I asked if I can switch to another machine, that it was fine to wash my clothes with cold water… I just wanted my clothes to get a wash right…

I went to do laundry here today 7-16-25 at 2pm and I have never met someone as rude as the person working there she's in here 50', obese and black hair even the people there were asking is she coming to help you? Because, my daughter went to ask for her help as well and I guess what made her upset with us is because she was on her phone and my daughter didn't see the phone on her hair when she went to get help. After she finally got off her phone she started wiping down the machines instead of going to go help me. She didn't go until she felt like it and even then she was so rude and didn't give me my money she gave it to my daughter. I can go on DND on and tell you things she was even doing to try to get me upset. But, This is all I'm going to say and that I won't be going to a business that allows there employees to treat people this way!

Very bad customer service. Machines were not working properly and not taking the water. Old lady working here was showing attitude and asking to clean the room which is not the customer job.

Came in to do laundry. Chose setting 2 on the washer which is warm water. Sat down went to check on clothes and there was no water in washer. Told attendant and she said that since I didn't chose option 1 which is cold water that I would have to add water to the washer. She then told me to go to a back room and fill jugs up with water and add them to the washer(excuse me) I told her if I could just stop the washer and start it over on a different setting. She said yes but that I would have to pay again for their messed up washer. Forget finding a dryer that actually works and doesn't blow out cold air. The lady that does the drop off service tapes off 6 dryers for her to use. Everyone is struggling to find a dryer that actually works. This place is ridiculous. I would not recommend coming here to do laundry.
1. I shouldn't have to add water to a washer for it to work
2. Half the dryers don't work
3. I shouldn't of had to pay for the their washer messing up

One of the worst wash & dry. Machine don’t work. On hot or warm water we spent $32 and non of the machines worked they where just keep on spinning without water. The lady there re-started the machines but they were just spinning without water. Don’t go there they are just scammers.

I went here about a month and a half ago,I was new in town and payed for them to do the washing, it was only about 13 dollars witch didn't make any sense to me because it should have cost more like 20 dollars or more,after I got my laundry back the next day I was missing some of it,THEY STOLE IT,ab I UT a quarter of my laundry was gone,I didn't say anything and thought not to go back there but I thought maybe someone made a mistake and put some of the laundry in another bag or something,NO THEY STOLE IT,I went back and gave my laundry to the older guy that sometimes wears a red shirt with TEXAS written on it and I told him I was missing so laundry from the first time I went there then I went back today to pick up the laundry and she told me what I told him and said the manager said not to come back again, I told her screw u,THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALING CLOTHES FROM SOME OF THE CUSTOMERS, IF U READ SOME OF THE OTHER COMMENTS U WILL SEE A PADDERN,SHE SAID NO CLOTHES ARE EVER MISSING,
