Went to this place on hours they were supposed to be open. Music was playing, lights were on but the doors were locked and no one was in the building.

Great gym relaxed atmosphere knowledgeable staff friendly staff. I am able to go inside get my workout done and get out. Not over crowded like planet fitness or other gyms thank you

Got a good solid work out when I went to try out the gym. The trainers were awesome and explained everything that they were doing.If I could afford it they would definitely get my money but I can’t at this time.Maybe next year.
