Check out girl was not very nice. I requested a price check and told me tw8ce that was the price without checking. I asked for her to check because I have worked in retail and have missed some price changes. It was an uncomfortable conversation because the check out girl made it uncomfortable. The store was a but messy but shoppable.

Great deals but staff is usually not very friendly. Closing hours are 10:30pm at 10:10pm the staff blocked the entrance doors with shopping carts.

Lives down to the low expectations for Ross. Goodwill is actually much cleaner and has better variety. I don’t know if the employees don’t care that they’re working in a trashy store, or they’ve given up trying to keep up with the shoppers who can’t be bothered to put merchandise back on the hangers. The place probably reminds them of their trashy bedroom at home with clothes thrown on the floor instead of being picked up and put away.

Nothing like going into a store already short on cashiers to have one person standing at the doors watching you get checked out and then promptly going thru your bags. Come on Ross you can do better them this. The store is in shambles because it seems as if the only thing your focused on is checking bags. Will not be returning here again.

Next to us doing our shopping at Melrose we hit up Ross's also great place to get baby clothes adult clothes shoes and it's all good price wish we had one in Clovis
