I don’t shop in stores much I rather shop online and today reminded me exactly why. To buy one item and have my receipt and bag checked by security that’s standing right by the cashiers is insane. I will definitely look to shop at other stores from now on. Everyone is not a thief and shouldn’t be treated as such.

The few times I’ve been there i see this black girl cashier checking out customers all by herself with a long line and no help she smiles and is very nice but i feel bad i look around for a manager or anyone else and do not see anyone ross should be ashamed of themselves only one cashier with a line full of people and its about my 3rd time only seeing that black girl on register alone with backed up line. The one time i did see a manager he was standing in the clothing isle just watching her acting like he doing something smh i used to work retail and management is lazy and sorry as heck

Ross relax, just because I come in with a helmet on I’m not gonna steal or rob you. Tell your staff to be more respectful to the motorcycle community, we don’t always like to remove our helmets, especially when it’s a quick trip.

They have good deals on perfume. It's just random, like I got brittany spears fantasy for under 20 and some other really good gardenia and oud for 10. Made me happy anyway!
