Needs to be fixed.Bugs me that the attendant doesn't enforce wrong way pumpers. It's absolutely awful having people get mad at us while driving in the wrong way because they are being blocked. And it's not like it happened 1 time, it happens everytime.

This is one of the only Sam's Club Gas stations that doesn't enforce the one-way lanes, and it's always a disorganized mess because of that. Don't know why they have an attendant out here if they aren't going to help fix the traffic pattern.

Horrible. Many people getting honked and yelled at because they can’t get out if they came in the wrong way or if someone is “cutting the line” just because they decided to follow the traffic pattern. There is a gas attendant but he does not enforce anything, I’ve seen him walk around and stay inside his station. Doesn’t make sense. Head over to Costco, they don’t have any of these problems.

Lubbock's Sam's club gas station has great member gas prices, but the store refuses to maintain their own rules about traffic flow. There are ALWAYS idiots coming in the exit and going through the station backwards. It's annoying, time wasting, and most times the morons going in the out feel the need to give everyone the dirtiest of looks. If only the employees would enforce the traffic rules...

Is disgusting going to the gas station and see people going to the wrong way and cousing problemas and misunderstood I don’t know what the men at the gas station is doing and I don’t know why the signs on the floor is there for ?this situation need attention

You scan your own items and don't get paid for it. They don't have bags for you. They don't have change to give. They don't have enough people and even their employees tell me that. A multi-billion dollar company and they don't have money to pay for extra employees. Shameful!

12:15pm 4.15.23, at the Lubbock TX branch, it seems there are less self checkouts working than ever. It was the anniversary of something, very loud music, and the estimated wait time to check out at about 30 minutes. I did not check out my cart, I pulled it to the side and just left. ridiculous !!!

People won’t follow the arrows at the fuel pumps . They are rude and act like there is nothing wrong with not following instructions . I won’t be buying fuel there again .

Decided to let costco go to try Sam’s club…huge mistake. I just sit in line to get diesel for an hour, and as soon as I pulled up they closed the diesel pump(all the other ones were closed) to change the filter. The tenant could of came out and told me they were going to close the diesel pump. Costco is the way to go for fuel pumps.
