I’m extremely disappointed by Sam’s club. I specifically purchased a membership to use their pizzas from the cafe. We were having my son’s bday on Monday (2/10) I went in at 11:30 am and preordered and paid for 5 pizzas to be ready at 5:30. That’s 6 hours they had this preordered in. I arrive and 5:20, waited in line to be helped to be told at now 5:36 that my pizzas aren’t ready and won’t be ready for another 20 minutes! As I just watched the lady take pizzas out and put them in the front case for the last 16 minutes. The party was to start at 6. I received my pizzas at 5:55 with no apology at all. Now we are the last ones to get to the location meaning all the decorations that were purchased for this party are now wasted. I am so furious about this it is ridiculous! You had a 6 hour notice! Those pizzas should have already been made and waiting in the hot box for pick up. I don’t know who runs this store but do better!!!!!

Just experienced the new way Sam’s is handling their deli! NOT a fan at all. Can only place your order through the app and pay that way as well. If this is a way to expedite things, I must say they are falling way short. Hire and train counter help that knows how to be organized. The deli has long been a service used for shoppers upon checking out and since Covid we have seen things really get sluggish. It’s a great value (and a “bribe” if you will) for families shopping with their kids. Please reconsider staffing with an employee again and focus on keeping your loyal, longtime members happy. This new system is not working!!! 😢

Be careful when eating the pizza and any made ready foods they get the employees from the front that has no knowledge of food handling
Sam’s needs to get people that has the food certification to
Handle food items
And when they ask you to apply for a credit card
Don’t do it
It’s just to get them money for the store on so many applications ran each day

Why is the lemonade always out?! The drink dispensers more times than not are not working. Unfortunately this is never noted in the app so if you use the mobile cafe pre-order you will just be met with disappointment. However IF you want to get your $2 refunded you have to wait in costumer service. You can switch out your soft drink for another soft drink… (not a icee) but then your back up drink could be out too. As someone that doesn’t drink soda it’s frustrating. Completely counterproductive to the app and yea… I made a google review about this because it’s happened to me at least six times.

Sam’s always has what I need. Their shelves are stocked and I’m able to purchase everything on my list. The employees are nice as well. And I like that they greet you and ask you if you need help finding something.

Usually only two checkout lanes open. For the amount of money most people spend here, you’d think there would be multiple lines open. Making people wait to checkout for an extended amount of time leads to impulse items in cart being removed…. Simple business strategy!

Annoying, the selection is not great, customer service is good however they only ever have one person there in the customer service area. I had to see customer service because I paid too much for an item, I didn't care, but they said I needed to see them anyway. The line was long due to the one person they had over there, making what would have been a quick 15-minute trip into a 40-minute ordeal.
