Flowers that I ordered for a birthday for my sister were not even the same flowers. The ones you sent are ugly. And look totally different from what I ordered very disappointed

Called on a Tuesday to have a dozen red roses delivered to my wife's work before 11am on the following day...Wednesday. They had NO Red Roses....they said other florists in town were hoarding them? Okay..what do you have? I was left with the choice of yellow...pink...etc. Ordered half yellow half pink. Then I was informed that getting them there the next day before my Wife's lunch hour at 11am was an "expedited" order so there would be an additional 25.00 fee. Hung up...called Town South Floral...got a dozen red roses sent to my wife's work the next day. Sheesh!

We just moved to Lubbock but I had to work out of town and was missing my daughter's birthday. I asked if they could include an Amazon card. She said it's not something they offer but could absolutely go purchase one to deliver with the arrangement. My daughter loved her flowers and I love the extra effort. I will definitely call on them again.

I ordered over the phone and was very impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to delivering it how I wanted. Flowers were beautifully arranged and delivery was timed so that flowers don't stay out too long!!

These are the nicest people you’ll ever meet! I called them at 3:30 on homecoming day in a panic needing a garter. By 5:30, I had this gorgeous garter for a price less than I expected. Sassy Floral will forever be my go-to!!!

There were no flowers in the back of the vase. You had to put flowers against a wall. Don’t know what the stem flowers are called but they are limp and almost dead half way up the stem.

The flowers are ok. This is by far the smallest arrangement I've received for 75$ . This is the last flower arrangement I will be able to buy for my mother because she is about to pass away. I wish I would have used the shop I did last time I was in town. I was hoping to use these people for her funeral but that won't be happening. Best wishes for this shop but give people what they pay for. This arrangement looks like it cost 25$ at the grocery store...

Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and when they were delivered they just didn’t seem appropriate for the money spent. Called and spoke to Emma and voiced my concerns, not looking for a refund or replacement, just wanted somebody to here my concerns. Emma asked for pictures of what we received and immediately replaced them with an appropriate arrangement. She was thoughtful, caring and genuinely wanted her customer happy. I would definitely recommend Sassy Floral Creations.
