Most unfriendly ppl. Not organized. Kept vehicle for days and not able to do a front end alignment. The guy overfilled my truck with DEF and said it would not hurt the paint and walked off.Left Scoggin Dickey and went straight to Gene Messer Chevrolet where i was greeted by a couple of employees. I dropped off my truck around 4:30 pm and they had the front end alignment done the following day.5 stars for Gene Messer Chevrolet!

Great local people and no "Market Adjustment" over MSRP. Exactly the truck I wanted with no bartering on price. Dan answered all my questions and made the purchase easy. Will be back for another soon!

I am a repeat customer because I love to shop local! Mitch is Amazing, David the owner is amazing and for the most part, everyone is helpful for finding who you're looking for. We have had our vehicle in the shop here before and it was a good experience. I will continue to only shop here for our new vehicles!

People are nice but if you’re doing a trade-in, I’d look around a little first. I got 2k more then I what I was offered at their pre-owned lot. He told me there was no one way I would get 9k to 10k for my car. They were offering 7K, but I did get 9k and found a better deal on a car I wanted. They don’t have much for sale but everything is mostly pretty reasonably priced.

I took my car in with 2 specific issues. One issue seems like it may be resolved but honestly I haven't had my car back long enough to be certain. I got the car back for the first time on 9/15/2023. My issues included AC and steering. The AC issues seem resolved. The steering issues are not. I drove the car a total of 4 miles and the steering issue was still there and a new issue related to the Stabilitrak was present. I returned the car immediately to the shop after hours that evening. I called on Monday and spoke to the Service Manager who said he would be the contact on it and get the Foreman to look at it. They came back VIA a service writer saying a sensor was out and they would be charging me even more for the repairs. We agreed on a more fair cost seeing as how they had already said all issues resolved for almost $740. I never heard from the manager or foreman to this point. I went to pick up my car on 9/20/2023 paying an additional near $160. I drove away and the steering issue persisted. Went back in and spoke with the service writer who argued that it was fixed. I demanded someone ride with me. Foreman rode with me and witnessed the steering issue. The car was left for a third time since 9/11/2023. The service to the vehicle has been beyond unacceptable as well as the customer service. When I am back in within 24 hours with the same issue I expect contact from Managers and Foreman ONLY. Now that it is the THIRD go it is expected even more. I went to this shop because they are certified with Buick and the Buick company said they were the recommended in my area. I am incredibly unsatisfied.

My vehicle has been 5th in line at the service center for a month. They’ve had my vehicle for 4. The service guy I’ve been dealing with gives one word responses to any question I have and will sit in silence without offering any other information. He either really doesn’t know anything or doesn’t care but nevertheless this has been my worst customer service experience. Seek other options.Update: If you leave a bad review they’ll retaliate and bust up your car.

Vehicle went in 1st or 2nd week of June, quoted 6 weeks to start work, received call On 7/25 that work had started. Was told on 8/18 car was ready, unable to pick up until 8/21. Was told while paying that reverse gear was hard to select, drove car to get registered and was unable to put car in reverse to back out of parking space! Returned immediately to dealership and while talking to service advisor was told wait time was a month, unacceptable time frame I told him, I just picked it up and it’s not right and I should be back at the top of the list!!!! Called on 9/1 was told I’d be called back after lunch for an update, it’s now 9/18 still haven’t received a call back or update on progress of rework !!!!!!

*Update from 1 star. ***I did get contacted by Brett to address my concerns, and though the situation couldn't be fully resolved (since vehicle already repaired) I was partially refunded though and received an apology for rude customer support. He stated he had a hard time believing the technician would try to sell me new parts that were already new. I agree, I believe it was more the person in between not relaying information. Hopefully that person is spoken to as well.________*I had a terrible experience with the Scoggin-Dickey service center.I have a 2015 Chevy suburban that had been having electrical issues. Before taking my vehicle in I had described the issues I was having, what I had already done to try to fix the issue and what I believed was the problem of the issue.I spoke with Jeff.I had mentioned to Jeff that we had already gotten a new battery and cables, plus had diagnoses done prior, plus the error was reading stabilitrac control.After having my vehicle 2 weeks I was called and advised I needed to replace my battery and cables....for $850.00! Something I had already done, for a quarter of the costs. I reminded Jeff that that had already been done, to which he replied "well we have amperage error, and we have to rule that out on our side, we cannot proceed without doing this first".My question to him was, couldn't you have hooked the vehicle up to another power supply to rule that out, or test the battery, because it's brand new and very expensive." He just said we can only proceed with our recommendation as is.I reminded him of the specific warnings and let him know this was an issue with a past recall involving a module within the power steering system. He repeated his response for a third time.So, obviously I did not trust Jeff or his technicians, and opted for them not to replace, replaced parts. They MADE me pay $175.00!!! to tell me absolutely nothing nor help me at all.I got the issue resolved with another mechanic, and guess what, it needed the error cleared, cost me less than $100.00 and my vehicle is running fine.I would NOT recommend them. They don't take the time to listen and only call you back after you call them 6+ times and leave multiple messages.

We live in the Odessa area my husband and I were passing thru and wanted to look at a truck, our visit was not as pleasant at all. The sales person passed us over to another gentleman he had an appointment with someone else understandable. The gentleman that we were passed over to made us feel like our credit is not good enough without pulling it. I guess that’s what we get for going out of our hometown to shop for a truck . Never again will I ever go to Lubbock to shop for a vehicle thanks for a bad experience never judge a book by its cover , you just might miss out.

They were very knowledgeable and despite being busy was able to fix my vehicle CORRECTLY in a reasonable amount of time. Other places would not even look at my truck for 10 days. This place has great customer service. Definitely earned my business going forward. Best GM dealership in Lubbock. Thank you.

David was my representative. He was very kind and helpful. When I picked up my car he offered to assist me to me car since I use a cane. The dealership is very honest and didn't overcharge me ,since I am a woman ,like most shops do. They were very quick despite being very busy. I would sincerely recommend this dealership.

Got off to a rocky start on getting our windshield recalibrated. The first time no communication on wanting to keep my vehicle over the weekend and a few more days into the next week. The second time has been better on communication and the process of getting the service done. Thank you David for the service and communication. We appreciate you.
