I can tell that he really cares, even provides free clean outs for my unit! You can't find this kind of service anymore! I was always sketched out by these types of places, but management and security here have made me a happy camper!”

Less sand is able to get into units due to its location being in town & not on the outskirts. One entrance only; looks a little tight to drive in just be aware of corners; cameras everywhere & free trailer if you need to borrow one.”

The clerk had the trailer returned before I even got to the nice AC of the waiting area. A properly maintained Dodge Grand Caravan can handle a heavy(properly loaded) 5X8 U-Haul with ease.”

“Decided to rent a U-Haul from them and while the rental didn't work out, Michael is an amazing guy. He helped me out with my Jeeps trailer connection problems, getting into the fuse box with me and testing connections, calling local mechanics with me to get my problem resolved. I really appreciate this above and beyond customer service from him! It comforted me that someone was there for me during such a stressful situation. Not to mention he already had a friendly demeanor and seemingly a solid knowledge of how U-Haul system works or what to do in the case of something going wrong with the reservation.And Michael, if you are reading this, it was the computer reflash thing that did the trick. I ended up getting my Jeep back about 2 hours after I took it in and was able to get a trailer and get out of town. I really really do appreciate everything you did for me!”
