*UPDATE - I just received notification that the unit rent would be going up by 50%, after only paying 1 month at the regular rate. Lillie, the site manager had previously told me that corporate would send me an email but that I should disregard it, and that my rent would be $60. Now I'm told, it's going up to almost $90.As a person on a fixed income, this is not doable, and i specifically asked what the rent was. This is after I had already filled out all of my paperwork, paid, and moved in, and then they threatened to lock me out of my unit if I didn't fill out more paperwork they failed to inform me about to begin with. She tried to say this was a promotional price, but i moved into the unit for $30, and the rate is was told was $60. This seems like a typical bait and switch. Had i know prior I wouldn't have paid the current rent. This whole situation reeks of either dishonesty or extremely poor management. I will be out by the time rent comes due again!”

“I am so glad I called this facility. The process was easy and no hassle. Some of the other storage facilities around the area I called were price gouging because my son was a college student at TTU. Why would that matter? And $400 for a 5x10 unit...NO!! The concierge (Boaz) here at All American was helpful, professional, warm and very friendly. He made sure I understood how the keyless entry, etc worked and walked me through what I had to do to get started. I'll be renting here going forward. Great pricing for the unit I needed. “I think I have had the absolute best experience so far with this storage location! Carson is the absolute best, from running over to help me get in the gate the first time trying to changing me over to another unit and not charging extra, to explaining charges and offering to waive a late fee (which thankfully I didn't need, but was the thought that counted!) to giving me the promo price for an extra few months! He has been a real blessing to me! I've had storage companies that increased prices on me every few months and refused to waive fees even after being a customer for 2 years and never being late. If I ever need storage space again I'm definitely coming back here! To anyone looking for a storage company that is managed with the customer in mind... well then I recommend this location! “I could have rented closer to my home but I like that this location is more in town so that hopefully less dust. The management was amazing and I love the chance to donate to charity through Lubbock Batman and have the owner match my monthly donation. The storage units, the office and the outside property are very well kept. They have a big candy jar for little kids that come in there. My daughter loves getting candy from the "nice lady." If you have to rent a storage unit, I definitely suggest going here! Its a true down home west Texas courteous place of service.”
