“Operating with a Home Depot allows wonderful hours that really saved us ! PCSing with the military we had another trucking company reserved but when they called and cancelled on us last minute we were able to call Penske late Saturday afternoon and reserve a 26ft truck and tow trailer for Sunday! Most companies aren't even open on sundays! Very pleased. It was even possible to get the truck same day, but that was denied by us due to our schedules. Wonderful costumer care.”

“I had to do a last minute (second?) rental from U-Haul after trying to get a truck on a budget (I see what I did) only to have the first one break down 10 minutes after leaving the parking lot. I booked with this U-Haul literally 5 minutes before arriving and it took less than 10 minutes to have the key and out the door. Very courteous and efficient staff.The truck ran great from Lubbock to Dallas, highly recommend this location.”

“My husband and I rented a truck for six hours. Upon returning the truck, we had forgot a bag that we had left behind the seat. We spoke with Salvador who was patient, articulate, and dedicated. A regular sleuth he was as he combed through the camera footage and called up employees and the customer that had the truck right after we did. When it was all said and done, he found the backpack and returned it to us. he spent a couple of hours on it and that really means something to us.”
