“They were professional and very helpful. It didn't take long at all to get the rental car. Tge only problem was the car front passenger window had to be lowered to be able to get to the outside handle to exit the car. It would have helped if some kind of handbook instructions available to operate some gadgets and open the gas cap with a high end car.”
“Employees were friendly and helpful at this location. Only negative was they were out of dolly’s. Guy tried calling Uhaul to find one but was on hold for too long and I had to meet my movers. The truck was impeccably clean! I’d rent a Uhaul truck here again.”
“I was so worried because I'm not from the area. Someone took a fuel cap off a truck from the fleet at a truck stop. I called a couple auto part stores but no one had one. I decided to check for salvage yards in the area, and I'm glad I did. Kaitlyn was friendly and very helpful. Part was priced well and fit perfect.”

“This review is specifically for the service I received at this location, NOT for Budget as a company. I don't know that I'll ever rent from Budget again seeing as they didn't have the truck on site that reserved AN ENTIRE MONTH AGO. Apparently this is a common problem for Budget. Something needs to change with the way that they do business.
That said, David (the manager) went above and beyond to see to it that I got the truck that I needed. I flew into town to pick up a project vehicle from a family member and tow it back home. I had no transportation at all. David found a truck for me at another location in Lubbock and drove me there to get it in his own personal vehicle. It was not his fault that my truck wasn't there, but he saw to it that I got it anyway. The 5 star rating is solely because of his efforts.”

The tow dolly I picked up had a long, deep crack in the left tire, but as soon as I notified staff, they immediately switched it out with another dolly that had brand new tires. I highly recommend this U-Haul location.”
“So... It's a bit redneck. I had to ask around at the terminal where to find budget. Budget is the only rental agency not in the terminal.
My car was ~50k miles, had dead bugs in it, had an overall dirty interior and still contained remnants of the previous renter. There was also hail damage - that didn't bother me, I'm just sharing a fact.
Their rental requirements were a bit more intrusive: where are you staying, why are you here, and some other mundane questions. There was also a sign that read if your credit card declined, they will not reattempt.
The car was very very basic.
That being said, it got me from point A to point B.”

“best penske i stop at from TX to WA. these guys always get me in for a truck wash when ever I get there.. they go out of their way move their vehicles and wash my truck first.. when it comes to small repairs or tire changes they will have me back on the road within an hr. fuel island is quick to fuel or top off fluids.
hands down best service.”
