“I was so worried because I'm not from the area. Someone took a fuel cap off a truck from the fleet at a truck stop. I called a couple auto part stores but no one had one. I decided to check for salvage yards in the area, and I'm glad I did. Kaitlyn was friendly and very helpful. Part was priced well and fit perfect.”

“This was by for my best U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. The truck was very clean, including the back and all the dollars were ready to go before I even arrived. This was by far the easiest experience I’ve had and the lady at the front was extremely nice as well as as the gentleman. She insured that I understood everything completely. Don’t get me wrong. I’ve done this many times before but A refresher is always nice and she ensured that before I even asked”

“They were wonderful when I picked up the car, and after a month later when I had been having a terrible time with Enterprise Headquarters. The young man who helped us at pick up even prayed with us when I asked if we coud. Then, Zack Adams fixed my problem with a discount issue as soon as he heard HQ had been ignoring me for weeks. I won't ever deal with HQ again. It was an awful experience, but this location was great! Thank you.”

“Don’t bother with other truck lease options. These guys are the best. The service was awesome.My truck broke down in the middle of a load. I gave them a call. I was given a quote quickly and they had the truck ready. The price was better then other truck leasing options. The equipment was nice and clean. It ran well and was safe. I can’t say enough about how nice the employees are. It makes such a difference to be treated with respect. They are honest. Please if you need a truck rental think of them first. They are the best.”

“Operating with a Home Depot allows wonderful hours that really saved us ! PCSing with the military we had another trucking company reserved but when they called and cancelled on us last minute we were able to call Penske late Saturday afternoon and reserve a 26ft truck and tow trailer for Sunday! Most companies aren't even open on sundays! Very pleased. It was even possible to get the truck same day, but that was denied by us due to our schedules. Wonderful costumer care.”

“I had to do a last minute (second?) rental from U-Haul after trying to get a truck on a budget (I see what I did) only to have the first one break down 10 minutes after leaving the parking lot. I booked with this U-Haul literally 5 minutes before arriving and it took less than 10 minutes to have the key and out the door. Very courteous and efficient staff.The truck ran great from Lubbock to Dallas, highly recommend this location.”
“This review is specifically for the service I received at this location, NOT for Budget as a company. I don't know that I'll ever rent from Budget again seeing as they didn't have the truck on site that reserved AN ENTIRE MONTH AGO. Apparently this is a common problem for Budget. Something needs to change with the way that they do business.
That said, David (the manager) went above and beyond to see to it that I got the truck that I needed. I flew into town to pick up a project vehicle from a family member and tow it back home. I had no transportation at all. David found a truck for me at another location in Lubbock and drove me there to get it in his own personal vehicle. It was not his fault that my truck wasn't there, but he saw to it that I got it anyway. The 5 star rating is solely because of his efforts.”
“My husband and I rented a truck for six hours. Upon returning the truck, we had forgot a bag that we had left behind the seat. We spoke with Salvador who was patient, articulate, and dedicated. A regular sleuth he was as he combed through the camera footage and called up employees and the customer that had the truck right after we did. When it was all said and done, he found the backpack and returned it to us. he spent a couple of hours on it and that really means something to us.”
“We have recently rented a cargo trailer three times. The staff (including the owner) have been incredibly professional and helpful. We had to call for roadside assistance when we got a flat on the very last trailer, last run, and about 90 miles from Lubbock. The roadside assistance process was hassle-free and everyone was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend using this location.”
“We came in town for the Texas Tech game and rented a vehicle. We received a complementary upgrade. And David took very good care of us. Our shuttle driver was also very accommodating. This rental center is right outside the airport, but it was not a hassle at all and I would recommend.”

“best penske i stop at from TX to WA. these guys always get me in for a truck wash when ever I get there.. they go out of their way move their vehicles and wash my truck first.. when it comes to small repairs or tire changes they will have me back on the road within an hr. fuel island is quick to fuel or top off fluids.
hands down best service.”
