Holy smokes… makeup and cologne/perfume to the max. The selection here is huge. There are literally hundreds of thousand of items in inventory. My wife stopped in for mascara and I was scoping out the men’s cologne. The staff is so helpful all the way around. A great place for the south side of Lubbock to get some look and smell goods!

Kohl's changed the place to return Amazon returns. Had to walk throughout the store. if you need to return anything you use the doors on the right side of the store.

I reluctantly stopped at this Sephora after having a bad experience purchasing items online and not being able to return them for anything except store credit. Des greeted me immediately and was so helpful with finding me a couple of perfumes I love. She also helped me find some facial cleansers that work well for my skin type. Des went above and beyond and was so friendly and personable. I feel great about my purchases and can't wait to stop in and see her again!
