Kohl's changed the place to return Amazon returns. Had to walk throughout the store. if you need to return anything you use the doors on the right side of the store.

I reluctantly stopped at this Sephora after having a bad experience purchasing items online and not being able to return them for anything except store credit. Des greeted me immediately and was so helpful with finding me a couple of perfumes I love. She also helped me find some facial cleansers that work well for my skin type. Des went above and beyond and was so friendly and personable. I feel great about my purchases and can't wait to stop in and see her again!

The people that work there are nice, but they never have anything like EVER in stock. It doesn’t matter which time of day or month. Half the things in there doesn't have prices either. I wouldn’t waste time physically going to this location unless to swatch testers. Sephora online usually has everything in stock and if not Sephora then Ulta if they carry the brand.

Sephora is a great place if they actually have anything instock.... every good popular brand is always sold out. Better to go to Ulta if you actually want to buy something.
