I have always been treated kindly even when they are busy. I noticed that as soon as a customer walks in the are greeted and told that someone will be with you shortly. They have a variety of coffee flavors available while you wait.
I have received great painting tips and valuable information. Thank each of these kind people. I only wish that basic paints would be available in quart sizes. Eddie Trevino

My paint store experience was a good one.... I do not remember the names of the employees that assisted me.... sorry... But , I was greeted and allowed to shop for a paint color with as much or as little help as I dictated. I was able to purchase small amounts of sample colors and that was a wonderful way to actually see the colors on my wall before I bought a gallon... I will use this store as my "go to" for paint supplies in Lubbock. Although my painting project has taken longer than planned, It is taking way longer than I expected. That's OK.... it'll be great when I finish!

Walked into the store for a filter for my sprayer. Grabbed it and then proceeded to stand in line and wait for 30minutes! There was one other person in the store and 3 employees working. Nobody spoke a word to me they just acted like I wasn’t there. I’ve never walked into this store and been anything more than disappointed. Don’t waste your time. I ended up just leaving. They watched, said once again nothing.
