The color 8 purchased was not drying to the right shade. I came by the store and Parker was so very patient and advised on the CORRECT way to achieve my color goals. I was a little upset when I came in. Parker was so very nice and ,again, patient, he resolved my concerns. Thanks Parker

Went to Sherwin Williams today to get some paint. I don’t know much about paint but Derrick walked me through everything and made it such a simple process. Thank you Sherwin Williams, you’ve got a really great teammate with Derrick!

The employees are always rude and give attitude at this location. My husband went and every question he asked the lady he was met with attitude and it was like he was inconveniencing them.
