This store is filthy EVERYWHERE. The exit doors to the parking lot look like they’ve never been cleaned, floor is also disgusting. No organization and the employees are rude and avoid assisting customers. And before I get an automated reply from the owner for my review, take time to walk through your investment and make some changes to it, each time I walk in the store I feel like I need to be disinfected because it is so dirty

I went to shoe dept. to buy some shoes, I waited at the cash register for about 20 MINUTES!! The skinny girl with curly hair that I was informed she is the “manager” saw me and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help, and she was also on her phone the whole time. I’m not going back if she’s still in there.

Very poor service. I should have asked for the manager. Now I have boots I can't wear due to both being the right foot shoe.

This store has the worst employees. I think they are all mute. Especially in the morning as they don’t speak or greet customers…or even bother to assist. They appear to hate their job (maybe it is all they can obtain) and forget it involves customer service. They should be reminded that their position is not one of luxury…it’s retail. I wish employers hired individuals who actual care about their job and representing the company. And I hope it’s not a member of management that displays this attitude.

My husband and I went to purchase a pair of shoes from here today. While there, we asked Tia a question and found her to be extremely uninterested in interacting with anyone. We stood in line for about 7 minutes and through that time the most we saw her do was put three chapsticks packs out. Desiree was very friendly and helpful despite, from what we could tell, being the only one actually working within the store. I also understand keeping one shoe of every pair in the back to cut down on theft but it’s really sad to see a company making their associates do 4 times the work to prevent slight profit losses from theft. Tia, who at one point went to the back to retrieve her chick-fil-a cup and phone, could have been helping her team much more instead of making Desiree do literally everything by herself, which also stalled the line.

Went to the store this evening. Deanna and Carly were absolutely amazing. They helped me out with whatever I needed, very sweet. I definitely would recommend my friends and family to come visit their store.

They have lots of selection for shoes. Pretty big store I would say. Do not go in the mornings. The people that work in the morning are always on their phone I recommend going after 3 or 4 in the afternoon.

I bought a pair of shoes for a member of our church for our church part Christmas exchange but shoes didn’t fit him he went to exchange the for the same shoes just needed different size never used them but they would not let him exchange hem cause we used 19$ of our points for them so what’s your he different we still paid for them they told him he would have to pay the difference which was the 19$ and we would loose our points we spend 1000$ of dollars buying shoes there that’s why we have points but if he had reciet had shoes and hey still didn’t exchange them for him so that being said I’ll never go back there and the worker was rude but May God bless her

Shoe Dept was a great company to work for The District Manager Kathy was always a pleasure! Very energetic, positive, and had the charisma like no other! The pay was good, the hours were long sometimes, truckday was the monster, but with the right team that actually WORKED the job would get DONE. If not we had the infamous Mary Helen DRIVING to Lubbock
