Have been buying Skechers for several years, have about 15 pair, love the new step ins. Found the Skechers Warehouse in Lubbock & now I can see so many styles & try on before I purchase them. Gotta love Skechers!

Went in looking for a specific sandal that I’ve had before. It shows they have it I couldn’t find it so I asked the cashier and she’d told me she didn’t know and didn’t even bother help looking for it.

The first time we came here was awesome! The older man was more than willing to help, got us exactly what we needed and more. Now, three guys working in here on a Saturday eve and the awesomeness was DEFINITELY not here. One was willing to help us when we went up to the front to ask, one guy looked like he was sleeping standing up, phone firmly gripped in hands, and one guy was dusting the counters, but NOT the customer service we expected. We were so disappointed. We walked put without buying anything.
Where were those employees that worked so hard to help us?
