This is where we get our kids' shoes for school every year. Around this time, this store, being an outlet store, usually has a buy one pair get the second half off, and all the money I spend goes towards my rewards account, so I build up money to spend on my own shoes too.

Zero customer service thought this was a Skechers Store not an outlet- certainly isn't outlet priced! Now I have a $70 pair of sneakers that don't fit! I have to use a cane to walk & couldn't reach my size- the clerk just handed me the shoes & walked off! Wasn't sure if I needed a bigger size but he was long gone. Barely got up & down from the try-on 'bench' - Don't go if you need any help because you won't get any

Great store outlet. They had a good selection of shoes. Their employees were helpful. Tony was very helpful and knew what I needed. They give seniors a discount and usually have a promotion going on.

What would anyone say about a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee mean? That's what is printed on their receipt! I bought a pair of shoes and tried to return them within 6 days. Their policy was within 10 days! I got the runaround on day 6 and I spoke with 3 people who worked in customer service. All I wanted was to exchange the same shoes for the same brand that was to small. The customer service was extremely poor, hateful, disrespectful and rude at this store. I have never received any humiliation at any sketchers store ever except this store in Lubbock TX. Upon calling the district manager to resolve my issue the store assistant manager threw my stuff around and had a very poor attitude towards me and the district manager.
