I would have left a good review except I was stuck next to "parents of the year" who on the 2nd night let their kids scream and run up and down the halls and scream. This started at 11:00 pm and she had to call room twice. I'm p o Ed. This is ridiculous. The girl at desk tried to resolve it. I feel sorry for her that she has to address low life parents. This overshadowed anything good. I would like a refund. This is unacceptable. Now I have bags under my eyes and a headache. I don't pay for insomnia.

My husband made reservations for the Sleep Inn and Suites in Lubbock TX. He went under choice and clicked pet-friendly hotels. This one popped up. He made a reservation for two nights. When we arrived at the hotel the desk person told us they no longer allowed pets. We told them we wanted to cancel our reservation. We were told we had to call Choice. So we did. They told us we could not get our money back and we were charged for two nights. I later called and spoke with four other people from Choice they informed me that Sleep Inn and Suites would not refund us for the two nights. I will never stay at one of their hotels again and will not recommend them to anyone. Terrible and inconsiderate.

Pleasantly surprised with my stay while traveling through Lubbock in December 2021. The property doesn't look like the typical Sleep Inn (it's either fairly new/ built within the last few years, or a former property purchased by Sleep Inn). My top floor king bed suite was remarkably comfortable, and the desk area in front of the bed was spacious. The walls did not appear to be paper thin, in that I couldn't hear anything at all despite the property being at 100% occupancy. Conveniently located by the Loop, which is a big deal. While I didn't get the opportunity to stay for breakfast, this property is on my list to try again upon my return to Lubbock.

On every trip to Lubbock to see my son in college, I have stayed at a different hotel with the exception of one that I've stayed at twice. I just want to see different parts of Lubbock and see what my options are considering my kid might be here for 4 years. This time around, I waited till the last minute to book and did not have many options that were decently rated or not overcharging because of move in weekend at the school. I decided to try this place out and wished I hadn't. My son's apartment had a specific time for move in due to the pandemic , so I had to drive 9 hours in the middle of the night to make that time. I was hoping for an early check in after getting my son settled but the hotel did not allow it. In all my experiences at any hotel, I've never been told straight up no, no early check in. Other hotels will say what their policy is and as a courtesy will allow it as rooms become available. They claimed they had a full house the night before and their cleaning crew didn't come in until noon. What hotel does that? Shouldn't they clean as people check out? Again, I know it's a courtesy for early check in, but customer service was off. The hotel definitely needs some TLC as well. My bathtub did not drain whatsoever so they moved me to another room. Same problem. At that point I was done with the place but decided to tough it out for one more night. I will definitely not be coming back here!

I checked into this hotel late. The front desk was very welcoming and the hotel is very clean. My room was clean and neat and smelled nice, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was great! I will stay here again!

Incredibly unprofessional operation, seemingly at multiple levels. First study, technician showed up an hour late. “Problem printing paperwork.” Second study, different technician showed up more than an hour late. No reason offered. Both studies, problems with laptop. Study results supposedly reviewed by qualified personnel, but first technician stated she would be making the diagnosis. Advised after second study that they would take care of everything and be in contact soon. After more than a month...nothing. Contact at office has been “at lunch” each time called, and does not return messages left. If your PCP refers you to this outfit, request another. Their indifference is almost scam-level.

It looks new and updated from the photos, but this hotel is not well cleaned and is not well maintained cosmetically. We asked for a refund but they said we had been there for an hour (we hadn't). Would not stay there again.

Technician supposed to start study at 8:00. They recommend you take a sleep aid if you might find it difficult to fall asleep that early. I plan accordingly and do so. 8:15 no technician I message and call. 9:05 someone comes by room explains technician is running late ( an hour!!) 10:00 and still no one is here. I don't have confidence in their skills at all at this point. So unprofessional.

Love Love Live the Sleep Inn and Suites in Lubbock. The water pressure is GREAT! The beds are firm, but not hard, the room is clean and the staff is very friendly. We changed from another hotel after we woke with bad backs and I swear we'll never use another hotel in Lubbock. This one hits all the high points for us and that's not easy to do. I obviously highly recommend them.

Decent enough rooms and price. There was some makeup on one of the wash clothes in the bathroom and there was also some make up on the comforter. At least it looked like makeup in both places. I'd been awake for 24 hours so we didn't bother asking to switch rooms.

Two rooms later, and I ended up checking out. Upon arrival, the first room they gave me had an issue with it's heater. It felt like it was 90 degrees in the room and the heater thought it was 70. I asked if they had someone on staff to fix it. They didn't so they gave me another room. The second room had a hole in the closed door and all of the dishes needed to be cleaned prior to use. When I turned the stove on, smoke started building up from leftovers below the range that was never properly cleaned. The entire room smelled of burnt, who knows what. I packed up and went to check out. The host was very apologetic, but the manager didn't bother coming out to address any of the issues. I do not recommend. And, I'll never attempt to stay here again.
