Went in today to get my cordless, stick vacuum cleaner repaired and was given 10/10 stellar customer service. Greeted by a nice gentleman at counter. The young man in the back doing repairs is a LITERAL VACUUM REPAIRMAN WIZARD. He had me in and in under 15 minutes. He was incredibly sweet and even explained in depth what the root cause problem of my vacuum if it were to occur again which most people wouldn't share.....you rarely receive or see customer service like this these days....it's sadly almost gone extinct. My family and I have been coming to Smallwood's since I was a kid, and we will continue to do so!! If you have vacuum repair needs it's a no brainer......SMALLOWOODS in Lubbock Tx on 34th ❤❤❤❤

absolutely amazing!! the customer service was fantastic! we brought in a lamp told him the problem he immediately took it apart and fixed it within 20mins. most definitely recommend!!!

Terrible customer service over the phone. Called for a replacement filter and could not find out anything because the repair guy wasn't in. Come on, you run a vacuum sales, parts, and repair store, but only one person knows anything about your stock???

Smallwood's has cleaned and repaired my vacuums for over 30 years. Took one in the other day, they had it ready within hours. Excellent, prompt, friendly service. Just FYI….they now close at 5:00 PM, not 6:00 as it says on the website.

I had a wet dry vac. And had to take it there because of warranty. They first told me the factory was going to replace it. Then they call today and tell me without the serial number they can't replace it. The serial number is on a sticker placed behind the water tank which wears off quickly due to use. I called factory and they were able to replace my machine!!
