I’ll be honest—I had never considered going to a Sport Clips before. I’d heard mixed reviews and didn’t think it would be the right fit for me. But after visiting and being helped by Victoria, the assistant manager, my entire perspective changed.
From the moment I stepped in, Victoria created a warm, professional, and inclusive environment. She made me feel genuinely valued—not just another name on the list. I usually feel hesitant with new stylists, especially when it comes to trusting someone with my 4C hair. But Victoria didn’t flinch. She brought back a shine I didn’t even realize I’d lost, handling my hair with care, skill, and confidence.
Beyond her styling expertise, what really surprised me was how much she cared about overall grooming. I’ve been struggling with keeping my skin consistently healthy for years, and Victoria took the time to offer thoughtful guidance and product recommendations tailored to my needs. She didn’t just suggest generic tips—she actually listened and gave advice that made sense for my routine and skin type. That kind of care is rare.
Her attention to detail is incredible. She listened, asked thoughtful questions, and delivered exactly what I needed. On top of that, she managed the flow of the store seamlessly—checking in with guests, supporting her team, and never once losing focus on our appointment. You can tell the store reflects her leadership: clean, organized, and running smoothly.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products. I’ve always been a fan of Paul Mitchell, and it’s great to see Sport Clips carrying reliable, professional-grade options. Please don’t stop offering them—they’re part of what made the experience feel a cut above.
And of course, the MVP treatment was a nice bonus. But in Victoria’s hands, it felt more like a luxury service than a standard add-on.
If every Sport Clips had someone like Victoria, I’d be the first to open a franchise.

Victoria has one of the most outgoing, and wonderful personalities! I have been coming here for almost 4 years to this exact location, and not once has anyone been as friendly, and happy to be at work as her. I always take whoever is first up to cut me, but I will wait for her and specifically request her now! Wonderful customer service, and makes you feel all around comfortable while getting your haircut!

Victoria did a most excellent job today! It was more like an artist working than a haircut. I am once again ultimately pleased. My son had an awesome experience as well. We will keep coming back.

The manager cut my hair, been there for five years, she said, left my hair lopsided after I specifically pointed out that I had been to another place and they had done that so she just followed contour when I asked her to shape my hair too full cut where it all went to the center short to Long. She left me with a doo-wop hanging over the sides of my head, looking corny as hell and then when I went in, they tried to charge me to fix their mess up and then she didn’t even fix my hair right still had long hair around my ears and my hair is not straight. Horrible place to go would not recommend it again. This is my second time I’ve tried there will not go Back and they scam you in buying products that you don’t need.
