I got behind on my monthly payments and had to get my stuff out of my unit and I still give this business 5 stars. This possibly awful situation while all my own fault was made so much easier by the folks at 806, They were very kind, understanding, and reapectful. I didnt have to suffer the loss of the very sentimental items in my storage and they would have been completely within their rights to have thrown it all out. I would recommend this storage above and beyond anyone else in this area. They could not have been more kind. Thank you guys so much for your compassion and understanding.

I definitely would not use this company for anything let alone trusting them with my valuables!! The owners arrogance is absolutely sickening...I absolutely would take my dollar where it's appreciated... use anyone else this is American!!

We rented a unit for the summer so we didn't have to take all the dorm stuff home. The entire process was contactless. I spoke with a helpful and knowledgeable employee before renting, received emails with detailed and complete information including how to access the facility, and arrived to find a clean unit waiting for us. I was able to set up an auto-draft for the monthly payment (btw, 806 Storage was much more reasonably priced than storage facilities closer to Texas Tech, and completely worth the extra 10 minute drive). After move-out, I received an email confirming that there was no further balance due. They made things as easy as can be, which is much appreciated when moving stuff under the hot Texas sun. Highly recommend.
