I think I have had the absolute best experience so far with this storage location! Carson is the absolute best, from running over to help me get in the gate the first time trying to changing me over to another unit and not charging extra, to explaining charges and offering to waive a late fee (which thankfully I didn't need, but was the thought that counted!) to giving me the promo price for an extra few months! He has been a real blessing to me! I've had storage companies that increased prices on me every few months and refused to waive fees even after being a customer for 2 years and never being late. If I ever need storage space again I'm definitely coming back here! To anyone looking for a storage company that is managed with the customer in mind... well then I recommend this location! Carson is the one! 😊

Hands down the best place to get a storage unit! Carson has been so helpful since the beginning, he made the entire process so easy for us! any questions or concerns I’ve had, he’s answered thoroughly, I’m all about customer service and 10/10 would recommend this place!

Very impressed with staff, facility, and easy to set up online. Cameras on every corner which is a big plus for me, as I work in the security industry. Thank y'all for making this last-minute decision on needing a unit smooth and easy.

I needed a large unit 20*20 but none were available so Marissa said there were 2 side by side 10*20s which worked for me we started the paperwork and she told me that Talon would call me the next morning He called promptly and also negotiated a very good price as i was prepaying the 6 mths i enjoyed doing business with Marissa and Talon they both were very helpful and understood my needs i liked how clean the facility is and security is also very good i would recommend storage zone to anyone needing safe clean storage for a great prce
