the most rude, incompetent cashier while I was trying to get gas. She ignored my request and when I had to walk into the store for the third time she walked away from the register laughing. She displayed unprofessional inconsiderate customer service. I'll describe her simply because I was not going to walk into the super for fourth time only to subject myself to her treating me with actions she thinks to be appropriate, she's Hispanic, short and very much overweight with her hair pulled straight back in a bun and wears glasses. Lord help your establishment if she's management. Will not be patronizing this store or any stripes in Lubbock, TX any more! do something about your employees customer service skills!!! only selected one start for rating because system wouldn't allow me to select NONE!

Pulled up to 3 pumps before I found one working... but still the Def pump wasn't working and the passenger side diesel pump had a leak in the hose ( so in this expensive time for fuel i just gave some away....), same old stripes.... they don't take care of their equipment that would make them more money... there was customer only parking available when I arrived. 6pm.. there was about 19 out of 20 spots available. Bathrooms needed cleaning. Restaurant/ deli inside is okay. The only positive thing about my visit was the price of diesel.

The bathrooms are always disgusting they have homeless and destitute constantly bothering people and parking in the truck parking they lock the back door on the diesel side at varying times of the day you never know if it's going to be open or closed. They very rarely have a male clean the male's restroom it's almost always a female. The only reason that I stop at this truck stop gas station fuel stop whatever you want to call it is because it is the closest to the place where I deliver down here in Lubbock Texas. If there was something else closer I would stay there

Do not come here if you need gas literally all of their gas pumps are broken. ( key pad doesn't work so you can enter pin ) literally came here and everyone is parked at the pumps and no one is getting gas

Went to gas up and get a fried burrito...got a long hair in my burrito. I would expect that the cook wears a hair net along with the protective wear for COVID. A definite way to ruin an appetite

Food and customer service SUCKS!! The black girl off of 66rh St. Milwaukee. Comes to work always with attitude. And the pretend manager ROXANNNA she is HORRIBLE with customer service. She shoooooood me away and gave me the hand. DO NOT GET FOOD HERE and manager should be demoted til she gets somekind of people skilks
