For 2 weeks straight we have came for breakfast and the food is old and dried out tortillas are hard and burnt talk to management she is rude and always says what's there is what they got refuses to cook fresh food told us they cook breakfast once a day and it's served until the end of breakfast staff is rude and careless

Poor customer service y’all close the store from 2-4 when it’s supposed to be 2-3 the old lady is always rude the girl who works overnight with the long hair is always being lazy store is never clean never have the right lids for the cups literally a million flies

Asked for my tortillas to be heated up and the older lady refused to do so because she said they were warm. I didn’t them warm, I wanted it hot. Then the beans were so watery, that when she put it on my tortilla, it was just a watery smear, nothing that looked like beans. I even told her the beans were watery and was ignored. I got some chile and I asked her what kind it was cuz it looked weird and she said it was red, but the color was green. She was rude and when I paid , I told the cashier my burritos were cold and asked her to touch them and replied that they been on the counter for a while!!… Really?!.. Two minutes top they may have been because someone was paying in line ahead of me. I literally live across the street and my burritos were cold and not appealing.

Probably the slowest gas pump I have ever used, only came here because it was the closest. Would have saved more time driving 10 mins out of the way, none of the squeegees had washer fluid in them

It is a place to get gas. I don't recommend it, though, and won't stop here again. The gas pumps are EXCEPTIONALLY SLOW. I started pumping, went inside to use bathroom, bought a drink, came outside and we had only pumped 6 gallons. took dog out to walk, sniff, pee, and was up to 14 gallons. washed windows, emptied trash. still didn't fill up. stopped the pump at $50.81 which was 3/4 of a tank. There is a reason for such slow pumping. CLOGGED FILTERS. This can be detrimental for your vehicle if you are putting dirty gas in your tank. This company, it would seem, does not maintain gas pumps. Save your time and possibly your fuel pump- go somewhere else. You are in Lubbock, you have options, make sure that this Stripes is not one of them.

Place is terrible managers raquel is very disrespectful and has no customer service @ all also store associate Francis refuse to cook fresh breakfast @8:50 am was told they don't cook breakfast but once a day and sale it all day store is trash

This place is super nasty. It feels like since it is located on the north side of town it gets less of the normal up keep and it shows. I try not to ever use this but there are times i find myself here and always regret it. It needs a LOT of care and nobody wants to give it to em. The employees are nice and shouldn't be on the hook for this location.. they have to deal with what they got.
