Wow went for burritos this morning and the lady seemed drunk asked for 2chorizo and eggs and potatoes and got half regular egg and half chorizon on no potatoes and the other chorizo egg burrito was regular no chorizo at all. The customer before me left because she took to long now I understand I should've left when he left.

I just went by to cash a lottery ticket, and I’m not sure the name of the cashier but she is a older lady with white hair, and she told me I didn’t scratch my ticket right because it didn’t scan. So I told her it was the machine. She than tells me I can’t take responsibility for my own actions like she knows me!!! ?? Just get rid of all stripes stores and the world will be a better place!

The water machine located outside was recently replaced with a Hylyte one. No big deal, new one looks nice except for the fact that the card reader doesn’t work. This is extremely inconvenient especially during Covid when less and less people are carrying cash. I compromised and drove down the road to the ATM to get a $20. I get there and the machine only takes one dollar bills. I thought no big deal, I’ll walk inside and have them break my $20 so I can get the one dollar bills. I stand in line and when I get to the register the lady tells me she can’t break the bill. Says I have to buy something to have the bill broken. I explained that I am buying something I just need the bill to be broken to buy it because the card reader isn’t working. She then says she can’t open the register to break the bill unless I buy something. As she’s saying this the guy next to her opens his register and gives change to the person next to me. So the register next to us was sitting there open as I’m asking for a $20 to be broken so I can buy a product that is sold at the store and she doesn’t even attempt to use the register that was just open. Stripes needs to either have Hylyte come out and fix the card reader on the machine outside of their store, get the old one put back in place, or have better customer service to where if I have to walk into the store I’m not leaving knowing I’m never going back to that location. Not to mention this store doesn’t sell alcohol.

This review is more for the Stripes part of the convenience store but Yelp doesn't have the Stripes listed. The water machine located outside was recently replaced with a Hylyte one. ONE of four gas pumps actually working. You’re a gas station. Charging a few cents more than others nearby, too. Won’t be back.

I wish they had set hours , it the one by my house and some mornings they are open then other mornings at 530 they are closed too clean, so it's a guessing game if they are open .. Its pretty annoying cuz they got all night to clean

I could tell the cashier was overwhelmed so I tried to be polite. But he was rude and had horrible customer service. This is the closest convenience store to my house but won’t be going back.

I am not a fan of this Stripes at all. The customer service is meh, except for one particular girl, she works during the evenings ,super sweet. But overall, the store is always dirty, there’s always only one person, so the lines are super long. I used to work here months ago, and they don’t treat their employees very nice either. Very unsanitary, very disappointed. Would not recommend.
