I don't know how to rate this place lower than a one so that is all it gets.
I showed up only to be told the place was closed after clear posting saying that it is 24 hours.
Just go to any other location

Just to say something positive, the attendants at the registers are very nice. The ladies who make the food are always rude so I don't buy from the Laredo Taco part. They are always out of gas on half the pumps and 3/4 of the time they only have light and short cigarettes in Paul Mall, Marlboro Special Blend, Montego, and Lucky Stripes. Every other convenience store I go to is never out of full flavors EVER. We live near this Stripes but have to go to the next store down the road for smokes and this, snacks and gas.

Absolutely terrible, the kitchen was play extremely loud rap music and singing very loud. I would not even want to bring my mother into this store. I tried to use the restroom and it was disgusting there was toilet paper all over the floor which I do realize sometimes that happens but the toilets looked as if they haven’t been cleaned properly in months and it smelled really bad. I was going to buy food but then I looked at the workers and how they were acting and I wasn’t sure that was a good idea to eat the food that they made. This store was terrible. I will say that the lady who checked me out was nice but seemed as if she was in a hurry and I was the only one in line.

This place location is going down hill will a doward pull. I used to be really happy with it, and they get worse and worse every day, anywhere dropping drink containers on the floor and putting them right back on to the container, not even washing with soap and water. Everyone acts like you are there for them, and you're in their way. Wait times are outrageous sometimes to get an order placed even where they are not even busy, so it is not because they are busy. The manager is clueless about how much items are and the portions, she acts like she doesn't want to be there, they are all more interested playing on there phones and joking around with each other then waiting on customers and doing there job. I pay 4.99 for what I get every morning a bowl, and I got 1 piece of bacon and maybe a portion of eggs. That's not what I pay 4.99 + tax for. This location needs a desperate visit from corporate to straighten this out, although they would probably just behave while they were there till they leave and then go back to there old ways.

When I was checked out I was asked for card over cash. Accidentally left the 20 dollar bill on the counter when I called to report what happened I was hung up on!

the most rude, incompetent cashier while I was trying to get gas. She ignored my request and when I had to walk into the store for the third time she walked away from the register laughing. She displayed unprofessional inconsiderate customer service. I'll describe her simply because I was not going to walk into the super for fourth time only to subject myself to her treating me with actions she thinks to be appropriate, she's Hispanic, short and very much overweight with her hair pulled straight back in a bun and wears glasses. Lord help your establishment if she's management. Will not be patronizing this store or any stripes in Lubbock, TX any more! do something about your employees customer service skills!!! only selected one start for rating because system wouldn't allow me to select NONE!
