On my lunch break I waited for somebody in their food area to take my order. Two lady’s in the back just chit chatting away. The cashier took my order then let them know they had an order. They stayed in the back talking never came up to make my order. I left because of how unprofessional they are and how bad the service was.

Wouldn’t recommend getting gas here until the pumps are fixed or updated. The card reader does not read the card. You go in & pay there because you guesstimate on how much gas you will need if needing to fill up. The cashier said “yeah sometimes they work & sometimes they don’t”

Every time I walk in the store the manager is standing by the register doesn't greet people only the one she wants to the ladies in the Laredo Taco are rude and slow to be honest everybody in the store is rude

Every worker I've came across in this store today has had bad attitude. They're messing up food orders and just being straight unprofessional.

I’m sorry but the ladies in the kitchen need to be faster & get the orders correct. I’m from the Rio Grande Valley. The ladies in the RGV can handle a line of people ordering tacos & get it right. The ladies at this stripes in Lubbock didn’t have a line of people & still got my taco wrong. It took forever to get 1 taco. Get it together!

Everytime I go into a stripes convenient store I have this strange fear that I might get robbed by the clerk. Irrational? I don't think so!

Bought chicken legs that were bloody in the middle. No help from the management. Not to mention their gas pumps never work and you never can get a receipt at the pump. Will stop wasting my money here.

Needed to stop for air. We are from out of town, but here long ago and have lots of family here. Paid $2.00 and it doesn’t work. Sign said no refunds. So I guess they make $ for providing broken equipment. Do better. Lubbock is a great place. Please don’t run it down by ripping people off.
