Debra is great. I’ve been trying to get my haircut a certain way for 4 years without success. It always ends up differently than what I ask for. Debra listened and showed me several times as she was cutting what she’s doing and checked whether it looks right (before actually cutting that section). I got the exact hair cut that I wanted. The conversation was also enjoyable. I’ll be back!

One word: BAD! Mediocre haircut and sketchy pricing!!!
This is NOT a true Supercuts. Supercuts have set prices upfront. They don’t just charge you on a whim based off of your hair length and what they feel like.
I UNDERSTAND prices will differ if you want a more complicated cut but it is a complete sham to be using the Supercuts name since they are known for upfront and consistent pricing. This is more like a small mom and pop shop using Supercuts in name but not in actual operation and policy. I have gone to Supercuts for years and have NEVER been charged anything other than what wasn’t on their pricing menu. The lady (Gabrielle) looked at my hair and was like “mmm, for your length and cut it’ll be about $50”. Like what??? What kind of charging system is that. It was sketchy and unprofessional. This location specifically is a total sham.
They charge whatever they want based off of your hair and whatever they feel like. I paid over $50 for a mediocre cut that would have been the same price at a salon.
GO TO A DIFFERENT SUPERCUTS.
