Staff hides her name badge with her hair, had such disgusting attitude,I see T-Mobile has a hard time retaining knowledgeable staff with customers service decency. And it's only at this location young,bratty and entitled staff. Good luck STORE # 599C.

Not a good experience. staff wasn't knowledgeable, and basically, every question i had was directed to a website instead of an answer. They were very slow, and it still took forever to get my product, which was opened elsewhere and not in front of me, so I don't even know if I got everything with it. I was refused a free screen protector because I got an otterbox. They are almost as conniving as when the location was Sprint.

One person working, completely ignored other customers coming in, didn't greet us, 3 ppl ahead of us, 1/2 hr later we were still standing there, no closer to being helped. I had to leave for work, just needed to drop off modem.

The gentlemen that were there when I went in were EXTREMELY helpful! They helped me solve an issue that I thought was helpless and restored faith in TMobile (and humanity!). Very approachable and knowledgeable. I seriously wish I had gone to them first instead of another store. Will definitely be stopping by again to purchase some accessories ....and maybe an iWatch! Thanks guys! (Jonathan and I believe his name started with a C?)

They're only a licensed store, I recommend that you go somewhere else. They lied to me about my monthly charges and by the time T-Mobile bills you, you are stuck. If you are set on going with T-Mobile, find an actual corrode store.

Battery Joe in Abilene provided excellent customer service and help on a warranty issue with no questions asked. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and I just wish their name didn't make it sound like they only do batteries because they are experts in cell phone repair! Thank you for your courteous and fast help with my iPhone. I'll be back!

I had trouble with trading in my old phone for a few months bc of sprint & their customer service. I was in & out a couple of times at the store & every time each employee was so nice and helped me out. I finally was able to get my new phone & watch and I wouldn’t have been able to without the help of the employees, especially the manager Jonathan. I highly recommend going to see these guys!

AWESOME STAFF HERE.There's three employees working here that should be managing the stores. One might even be manager I don't know. I wish I had all three of their names. I had great customer service from a friendly group of employees. All had good attitudes. I know one was named Dara. Tmobile better take care of these three employees cause when I get my business running I'm gonna steal this staff. Dara you ever need a job reference you put me down!! Next time I'm in there I'm going to find out what the two guys names are too. Great group. Really impressed with these three. Looking forward to going back and buying more stuff from these three. If they are not there I'll come back until it's one of them there. Im sure they work off commission and they did all the work so I'm only dealing with them.

Could not be more disappointed with the service I received at this location. Transparency is a must in sales, no customer likes to be led on or lied to. Talked themselves right out of my money. Would not recommend this particular site. 10am employees on 9/19/22.

I wasted my time going to this store twice today and my issue was still not resolved. I was trying to trade in my device and upgrade. Unfortunately, I still don't have my new phone and I won't be returning to this store to get it either. I arrived for the first time around 11am. I don't remember the gentleman's name that I spoke with but he was shorter than average with dark hair. Nice guy. I had to pay a balance on my phone to be eligible to upgrade so we did that. Then, the system wouldn't update to reflect my upgrade eligibility and they couldn't tell me how long it would be before that occurred. That's fine. I understand those things happen. I left the store because I had an appointment at 12:30. I called the store around 1:30 to see if the system had updated and it showed that I was eligible to upgrade. I spoke with Dara. I asked if it would be okay if I came in to get the phone around 7:15. I was told that would be fine. I arrived a few minutes before 7:15 and the 2 young ladies at the counter were serving other customers. Again, I understand it's the evening and probably the busiest time of their day. We stood there waiting for another 20 minutes then the same guy I'd spoken with earlier in the day came out of the back. He told me that they would not be able transfer my data to the new phone due to how late it was. I walked out. I would rather order the phone online and wait 3 days than drive to this store a 3rd time having no idea how long I'd have to stand around and wait again.
