I wanted to leave a 5 star review for Matt and Michael and the manager Jon. They went above and beyond for my family, they helped us get our new phones and help us save us money with different plan options. They also made it a lot of fun too, and they are the funniest guys and just super knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

10 out of 5 stars!!! I had enough of Optimum and decided to test out T-Mobile’s internet and after the staff worked diligently I switched my phone service from AT&T as well. Best decision I’ve ever made!!!!

I came in to get my screen protector changed, and got amazing customer service from Matthew. Also decided to get an Apple Watch as well, and he so kindly offered to help set it up. Really appreciate his hospitality. This guy needs a promotion. ?

When I signed up for T-Mobile they offered a tablet. They told me it would be free after four months I realize it was not. Free was $200 for the tablet when I tried to return the tablet. After all the complains about the cost no one told me I was paying for the tablet they said it been four months so I couldn't return it if I had known before now I would've returned. They also lied to me they told me it would cost $171 a month the bill was 242 I called and they changed it to 190 then the next month it was back to 242 after complaining again went back down to 190 again. I can't even have Internet in my garage. It only works in the house. It's supposed to have Internet on my phone wherever I go but it does not work. Not happy at all. Wish I had stayed with AT&T. Which was 161 a month

I've had nothing but trouble with this company even though I have been with them for many years. Earlier this year I purchased a Pixel Pro from them and asked for insurance on the phone as well. Apparently, they never turned the insurance in and when the phone got broken, I discovered that I had no insurance coverage even though they could see where I had ordered it. However, the insurance is apparently handled through a third party and they would not cover my phone.However, they did provide me with a lesser Pixel phone, provided I paid the taxes on it. That was all it was supposed to cost me. This month, however, suddenly I'm being billed for almost double what I was before. It's just a mess and they just don't seem to care about an old customer.

The service at this store and online was so bad I changed my phone company entirely.I was just trying to keep my phone number and get a new account and this store told me to go online as they couldn't help me with it in the store. Tried going online, online told me to call. I called and was on the phone for 2 hours getting handed off to different people every 10 - 30 minutes. I gave up my attempt on the phone after I got to like the 8th person. After that I tried a different T-Mobile in town. To which they too quickly turned me away and just said "yah, you can try that online".Long story short, just an absolute awful experience. I highly recommend going with a different company if you can. I switched to another phone company and it took them minutes to switch me and my old phone number over.

Horrible company to work with; I have been trying to cancel my services for 2 weeks now. They don't want me to cancel and keep giving me the run around. The experts on the phone will lie and say whatever you want to hear. This is why I'm leaving t-mobile; liars, thieves , no business ethics. THEY SAY NO CONTRACT BUT GOOD LUCK TRYING TO LEAVE. I have yet to have a supervisor approve my request. Going on 2 weeks now with this crap. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY. I wouldn't be shocked when a class action lawsuit comes out
