I needed a tire patched, i walked in and saw 4 guys sitting down conversating. I asked if they could patch a tire, 1 guy said yes however that it would cost me 40.00 USD since I didn't purchase the tire there. Is this your POLICY?

The worst customer service in Lubbock the little muscle guys needs to stay off the juice and take care of his customers. Paid to have 4 tires put on and came back the next day to have air put in because they all where low and he acted if I was wrong for asking him to check them . He claims to be the owner lol good luck with that attitude told me I had to wait a hour for him to check it smh

Don't Hesitate if and when you need tires or rims!!! These guys and Bernice will take great care of you! Boyfriend and I came around 6:45pm to get a replacement tire and there were 3-4 men just standing outside and each individual looked at us and did not say a word. 2 other cars pulled up during this time and ended up leaving but we stayed as it was urgent. After 10 minutes my boyfriend got out and asked if someone was available and the man with the mustache said "they don't do outside service and close in 2 minutes" and didn't have the tire we needed anyways. It's fine that they didn't have what we needed because I have been told that it's a rare size. The fact that no one had the decency to approach us for help rubbed me the wrong way. I've been to many shops and I have never had mechanics just continue to look at customers and not say anything or "all the mechanics are working and you should've went inside" when 2 were just standing and talking and all were aware that we were there. Regardless of what "should've been done" please have the decency to at least approach your customers.

Stopped in the other day and was quoted $1,800 for steelies and a set of cheap tires. Everyone was super friendly but the fact that you are charging $250 for one 16in steelie and $200 for a no name tire seems a big high. I understand yall gotta make money but I was able to go to another shop and get the same thing for $400 and what they sold me was just as high of quality of not better.

I like the service that the guys there give except for a woman in front who, according to her, can never give me information. They should be a little more friendly since the clients depend on that. They do a very good job!! I congratulate you ?
