My computer was a simple fix replace battery something of course I can not do own my own. We discussed price and expectation when to expect it to be done. Texted me when it was done all went according to plan very happy with my the work done have 2 more to take in and they will both be going to the computer guy. Thank YouUpdate took my second computer in and what I thought was wrong with it was not the issue but the pin inside the charge portal. Got computer back and has been running like a dream both computers have been running like a dream one more to go.... YES it will be going to The Computer Guy.... Thank YOU

I came in because I needed some help after building a PC for the very first time. This is also my first time owning a desktop computer. I thought I did a good job but turns out I’m still a novice because I couldn’t figure out what I did wrong. It just wouldn’t start. Turns out it was as easy to fix as putting cables into the correct spot, but I learned something new and now I’m more confident because of what The Computer Guy was able to teach me. It was worth the visit and I’ll definitely be sure to come back if I have any more problems or questions about my PC in the future.

Took my laptop to this man at the beginning of the semester. He checked in my laptop, and had it ready to go the next day. He gave me an honest quote (more or less best case and worst case for my issue). This man is very straightforward, he's not going to lie to you. If you need swift, honest service go to this man. My laptop is in excellent condition, haven't had any issues with it, therefore I am completely satisfied by his work.

Had an electrical surge short my computer and spent 8 hours trying to fix it. Brought it in to The Computer Guy Tuesday evening after everywhere else said 1-2 Business Weeks til I could be seen, he said 1-2 business DAYS. He had my computer finished and fixed within 24 hours. The most amazing turnaround I have ever seen in this business. 100% will be a returning customer for any and all computer issues! Thank you so much!

The Computer Guy has been taking care of my computer now for over 5 years now. Every once in a while something wears out or goes wrong and Bill goes in and fixes it for me. I bought a used machine from him about 6 years or so ago and he keeps it running. About once a year I need some small item corrected and he takes care of it in a timely manner. U can't go wrong buying a computer from The Computer Guy or just getting UR Computer fixed and as always he has reasonable prices.I am still running windows XP and need to update to windows 7, I am sure that I want to go to windows 8 yet.

Bill is excellent. He replaced my husband’s broken tablet screen quickly and at a reasonable price. He is local, conveniently located with easy parking. He will be my new computer repair person as I believe he is a man of his word who can be trusted with personal technology.

I took him a very unusual device. I took him an Atari VCS 800 which is basically a Ryzen mini PC. He was very affordable and fixed everything perfectly. He also texted me throughout the process with updates. I couldn't have asked for better service. Now I'm at home enjoying it because of him. I will definitely visit him in the future for all my computer repair needs.

He built me a new tower. SSD .I had a old HP around 12 years old. The one he built is a killer. I should have got it 5 years ago. I would highly recommend Bill for repairs or build a new computer
