Order a shirt online for in-store pick up the night before shirt was not made available next day per store guarantee no big deal talk to the store night time manager said they would not cancel the order and hold it for me considering the circumstances wake up today with order cancel call talk to day time manager and she did say to come when she was working shoulda listened bc the night guy manager was no help left without my product after driving from Clovis to Plainview to Lubbock needles to say I'm gonna re order this shirt the zuminez and never order from y'all again

Kris and the whole team are absolutely wonderful!!!! Every single person that works at this location is amazing at customer service! Fast checkout and easy to request a fitting room. So thank you ALL for taking care of me not just one time but a many time!!!!!!

Kris and Patricia both took time to help me with a very complicated order. I was very surprised with their patience and commitment to customer service. They definitely made me a customer for life. I went back again a few days later and Felix took care of me and provided me the same kind of customer service. This store has a really good team and I will gladly recommended all my friends and family to shop at Tillys.

Went in to get some hair products and a hat. My son and I had to call someone over and she made it seem like it was a burden to come help. While paying the cashier was busy and his cpu was frozen. The same girl rolled her eyes when she had to stop stocking stuff and cash us out. I really dislike feeling like I'm bothering you to do your job

The music first of all is so LOUD I thought I was in a bar! You can't hear yourself talk and it gives you a headache. It was nearly impossible to concentrate. We left.

We went looking for a birthday gift for our daughters birthday. Patricia and Tori we're a big help in finding a nice watch for her. We needed specifics on the item and they both worked patiently with us to find the right watch and even took the time to set it up to show military time. Great customer service. Good prices too.
