I went there one time thought they were great until I tried to get a front end alignment done and it seemed TOO MUCH for them!! The service I received on the phone was crap and all he kept trying to get me to do it go to Firestone so I’ll take my business elsewhere where! Thanks for nothing now I know why I’m guessing the owner, was yelling around the office talking about how “no one wants to work!” the last time I was in there for the first time!! I have referred other people too you and was referred myself but now I ain’t spending another dollar let alone a minute there! Sorry for wasting your time on the phone!! Yall need better service people!! Victor!!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I feel like I got scammed and I feel so naive. I’m a female college student, I pay for everything, tuition everything. This weekend I needed to go to Dallas. I got a flat, they gave me a tire for $65, then told me my break pads were bad so I was like okay let me go ahead and get new ones, let me work a shift and come back cause I don’t have money for that right now. He said “we have a financing option” DO NOT DO THE FINANCING OPTION!!!!! I paid it off within two days. Instead of paying $215 the third party he had me do it through charged me $340! I had no idea I feel so dumb, I’m sure yall are smarter than I am but I just couldn’t believe it.

Victor and his crew took really good care of my needs. This is the second set of tires I have purchased from them. They gave me a great deal on a set of 37x13.5r24 MT tires for my Raptor. I will be purchasing another set of tires for my wife’s Raptor. Thank you Victor!

I Do Not recommend this business due to selling faulty products and offering poor quality installation services that cost me money elsewhere. Hello everyone. I am a US Marine and I want to share my buying experience at Tire Tech. Two weeks ago, the day before my birthday, I pulled up and purchased four brand new tires for my brand new Lexus sedan. I financed them with the lender they heavily promote. The next morning I drove to Dallas and the whole ride there was very rough and the front suspension wouldnt stop vibrating. Probably caused damage to my suspension. That didnt make sense because its a sixty-thousand dollar Lexus and it didnt vibrate before switching tires. Upon arriving in Dallas, I found a tire place to inspect my front tires and they confirmed what I suspected: overinflated tires by ten lbs and they were not properly balanced. I had to pay to get them rebalanced. Upon returning to Lubbock, Tire Tech rebalanced the back tires. I drove the car for a week on different roadways in different conditions to rule out different possibilities. This morning, I had Discount Tire rebalance all four tires. The car is still rough riding. I returned to Tire Tech to switch out tires and they want me to finance another set. Im not doing that. I left. I will fix this problem by shopping with true tire professionals. You do get what you pay for.

They did a great job and worked hard to get my tires going. The prices were good and they even had a guy drive to their warehouse out of town to get me the right tire at almost closing time. Reminds me of how business used to be conducted and I am glad I found this place.

Oscar & Isaiah were a big help! I went in on 9/23 w/ a flat I drove on.. Oscar was quick to find me a good condition used tire at a reasonable price! Isaiah was very friendly/respectful while being efficient w/ getting it placed on. I came back a few days later (9/28) w/ a flat on the opposite side & they each were quick to help yet again. Oscar even helped me replace my brake light! Definitely guys who are looking out for you! Not to mention, I also came an hour before closing each time & they were able to help me before closing each time! Highly recommend!!!

Repaired our tire on a busy Friday morning! My mother, daughter & I are driving our truck from Colorado to Georgia (loaded with my daughter’s things). This morning we found a screw in our tire. We stopped by here and they repaired our tire in a little over an hour. Everyone was very helpful and friendly- thank you so much!
