A quick summary for those uninterested in a story...10 stars...Four people including the owner worked after hours over time to save my trip to Utah when I was already 6 hours away from home.
I was in Sweetwater with a leaking hub on my trailer and was told by Loves they couldn't help me, I googled around and landed on Trailer Marketing Inc. The first phone call the owner answered and I told him my predicament, he said he was usually open weekends but this weekend gave his staff the day off. But... he did have a few guys working for overtime and they would wait for me to arrive...an hour and a half later I arrived and the owner and 2 technicians jumped in and not only fixed the leaking hub cap but found the other side had a blown interior seal that I had not noticed. They then called another technician in and worked for 2 hours to get the seals changed out at 630pm on a Saturday to get me back on the road...to say I was happy would be an understatment. They showed impeccable character and a willingness to help me in my hour of need. To add to it the bill was more than fair...I would have gladly paid 3 times that and would have been just as happy...I would recommend these guys to anyone and I only wish I lived closer to give them more business...To the owner and his techs...thanks again guys...im back home after an additional 3000 mile round trip and its thanks to yall...

Excellent customer service! I went in on a Saturday to have the tension cable on my roll up door replaced. They were one of the only shops open on Saturday and were able to fix the cable quickly and at a fair price. Very knowledgeable staff and eager to help the customer. Jaime helped me fix a few other issues going on with my truck as well. Will definitely be back for more service. Thanks again Jaime and Eugene!

We do business with Jamie on a regular. He’s knowledgeable and does what he can to make sure we are always taken care of . They have a on going of rotating stock of trailers for lease . As far as trailer repair shops in town goes this group of people is at the top of the list in lubbock.

Lost a shock bolt. They had me in a bay immediately. I also had them check my leveling valve while it was in the shop. After the work was done, I asked what else thay did. They plumbed my tractor with air and electric to the rear of frame. Price for everything was unbelievable. If your in the area and need work done on your trailer, utilize them. I will for sure!
