As someone who could swim, bike and run all day long and think it was fun but who found any kind of strength and flexibility work only slightly more appealing than getting my teeth pulled, I never thought I could commit to a this kind of program. However after two years I haven't missed a week. I'm stronger, a lot more balanced and flexible, I keep improving and I really enjoy going. If I didn't, I wouldn't have lasted. It's been one of the best investments I've made toward my long term health.

Scott is an excellent sport trainer and has the knowledge to help all kinds of athletes reach their goals. Scott goes way above and beyond than what you’d expect from a trainer. He carries himself in a professional manner from his preparation to the training session. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who wants to work with a trainer that WILL get you results.
