This is a very beautiful establishment, I love how the bottles are set up against the windows, it makes the small space feel much larger. They have great deals, good music and the staff are always nice!

I have loved the help from all the workers! I don’t know everyone’s names but Josh and McKaily helped me most recently. They knew exactly what I needed, spoke with premium knowledge of their products and will keep me coming back!

It's OK for run of the mill mixers and every day whiskey, bourbon, vodka, and rums. They don't have anything harder to find, ie: EH Taylor, 1910 Old Forester, Jack Daniel's 10 / 12 / SBBP, rare breed wt, Buffalo Trace, Weller, 4 Square rums, you name it.Talked to the manager and was told that their store is just too new and they were not allowed to order things. But the price is not bad on the stuff they do have... ?♂️

I'm sure the manager will somehow complain and get this removed, but the reviews are at 1 star for a reason. You can feel the negativity in the air when you walk in the store. It's really sad that Twin Liquors allows management to slander and defame the sales reps and contractors for various reasons. If you shop at Twin Liqors, please consider giving your business to other Lubbock based stores and help support businesses that have a positive impact on their community.

Won’t be giving my business to Twin unfortunately. Close to the house but customer service was ? To many options in Lubbock to have subpar customer service.

Twin Liquors is hands down the only store I'll visit in Lubbock to buy alcohol. Selection is much better than competitors, not to mention the Dollar Sale every year offers amazing low prices on normally top shelf products. The current manager, Miranda, is fantastic, friendly, helpful, and kind. She gave my wife and I free t-shirts after talking with us for a few minutes. Do not be swayed by the reviews of the previous manager - Twin is, and will always be, the best in town!

We love this location! Every time we’ve gone in, whether we’re looking for something specific or we’re not sure at all, the staff has been so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Miranda is our favorite, but we’ve never had a bad visit! Check them out!

Store number 24. I'm a business owner that buys liquor every week for people out of town-who can only get alcohol by going out of town. Your workers at this spot may need some lessons in customer service. I did come every week but will likely not return. When I asked where a product was the worker, clearly not interested just pointed. When I went to check out the process was not very friendly, abrupt and appeared interested in just getting me out the door. I think if I were a guy, the male clerk would have been way more friendly. That's at least what I saw when the man behind me got to the counter. Thank you for the previous purchases and the previous great experiences. We had a very pleasant experience, starting when an employee interrupted their work to come and greet us as we entered. Miranda was helpful and friendly, offering suggestions when we asked and being easily accessible for questions. We loved what Miranda suggested for us and will definitely return. They were very knowledgeable about the selection.

Visited yesterday and had my best experience so far! Miranda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was engaged, positive, and very easy to talk to. Would highly recommended.

Josh was extremely rude!!!!!! My self and friend went into the store looking for Weller and Buffalo Trace. Weller was in the back he told him I can only sell you something from the back 1 per person my friend said okay because she is buying separately, then he changes his mind and says uhh I mean 1 per group. He said okay just give it to her. Then Josh rudely said fine I’ll cut u a break and sell u both something I said I’m sorry we didn’t know your policy!!! Buffalo Trace wasn’t in the back it was on the shelf. I go to purchase mine and he rudely says you can’t purchase 1 item I said excuse me he says manager policy you have to buy 2 things I grab bitters then he rudely says NO IT HAS TO BE LIQUOR!! I said you should of been more specific then! Then the other employer joins in and is being rude. As a women I felt this was a joint verbal attack and this is not okay.He was overly rude I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF HIS LACK OF RESPECT AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER TO SHOP THERE!!!!

Went into Twin Liquors and asked if they had Weller bourbon? Josh said yes but i would have to buy another bottle of something else to get it. Said this was the managers policy! When i asked why Josh's reply...."that's the policy" and if i don' t like it he will not sell it to me. I said ok and he said i should appreciate him doing me a favor..... What an a*** His behavior and attitude was totally unprofessional........I'll never be back and strongly encourage anyone reading this to do the same. There are too many other options than to waste your time and money going to Twin Liquors.........I would think twice.........any other place would be happy to get your business. If this is the managers policy.....this place will not be open long.......CALL the main office 512-222-0700 then press 4 ........... voice your complaints.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! JOSH IS THE RUDEST!!!!! All I needed was Buffalo trace he rudely tells me where I can find it then when I go to pay out tells me I have to buy something else. Why I ask he said we can't sell just 1 item store policy, you have to buy 2 things. That I can buy anything else. I grab bitters he RUDLY says no it has to be alcohol! He was awful the manager there needs to train his employees on manners.

I read reviews that they wear masks and was happy to go there. No one was wearing one when I went there. I hope they start wearing them again soon. It’s about caring to keep everyone and yourself healthy! My experience was good and had help finding what I was looking for.
