They did a great job installing the hitch. My only complaint was the lack of communication about how long to expect it to take, I couldn't call them directly by phone, and only one guy at the counter despite long line and computer problems

45 minutes to pick up a trailor. Thats way to long. I used to be a independent Uhaul dealer and would have never allowed out customers to wait that long. Staff was very personable and nice, just not in a hurry to help.

Son rented a trailer. Waited for someone to come and assist but no show so we hooked up the trailer ourselves. We had a wire connection issue and talked to a girl that told me we weren't suppose to hook up ourselves. Told her we have been out there for a long time and no one ever came. They checked out a trailer at noon and we pulled out of there at 1:30 pm. Had to go to Autozone to get an adapter for the lights cause they were out. Finally two gentlemen came out to help cause wiring was backwards for signals. They were awesome and bent over backwards to get them fixed up. Recommend not bringing kids with when picking up a trailer just in case you have issues. Kids were hot and hungry. Plans were to get trailer, load up items from another location and they were heading straight out 9 hour trip at 55 mph.

Always double check on the price differences between credit and cash before you rent any trailer from uhaul!!!! The 800 number won't give you accurate details, so check out the details with your pick-up location!!
However, this was my drop-off destination and they were very helpful as I had just driven over 1200 miles and I was exhausted!! They were very accommodating for the handicapped and made sure I had a storage unit on the ground level. They offered me cold water and a visit to the staff restroom!!!
The little map they gave me for finding my unit was very confusing, but the staff was very helpful and I finally found my storage unit!! So I plan on making this my own storage place even after my free month of storage is over. ???

Had a hitch installed, and 3 of the 4 bolts weren't tightened at all. Took the car to another U-Haul, and it took them an entire day to fix. Bolts were cross-threaded, and a whole bunch of other issues. Huge safety hazard due to a rushed job.

The contract said when we dropped it off to have the tank at 3/4. Because that's what we picked it up at. Even after seeing the contract and that's telling the guy, he still treated us like we were lying to him. At least he did what he was supposed to end in charges for the gas. But why do the people all have to be jerks? And the U-Haul app is garbage.
