My father and I rented a One-Way truck rental going to Ft.Worth from this location, and 20 minutes before we are arriving to pick up the truck we get a call from them and they tell us they do not have any moving blankets for our truck, and they don't offer any solutions to help us out. Basically figure it out yourself. We have pianos and other nice furniture we are trying to move across the state and now we have to scramble around town and spend an extra $250 on furniture pads hoping this will cover everything we need. Following that they mention to us that they will be closing early today (Probably to make Friday Happy Hour), and I specifically wanted to pick it up in person because I had questions for them regarding our rental. They said the truck would be on the street and you can figure everything out using the Uhaul App. I tried calling them back to see if they could at least answer my questions over the phone but it went straight voicemail every time. With all of this said, If you plan on picking up a Uhaul from a location in Lubbock try to avoid this one because customer service is the least of their worries.
