I recently used U-Pack Moving to relocate my belongings from Texas to Wisconsin, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The trailer drop-off was on time, and the delivery was impressively fast. Everyone that we contacted regarding the reservation and needing to get another trailer was exceptional. I can't express enough how great they made our move from Colorado to Texas go smoothly.

I can't say enough positive about this company. After looking at all the options for our move from Texas to Colorado (full-service, pods, u-haul) we opted for U-Pack. By hiring movers on both ends for loading/unloading we easily saved $10K over a full-service moving service. U-Pack provided transparent pricing and even brought an extra trailer that we ended up not using and so we were not charged. It took about one week for our trailer to arrive in Colorado (it went to Dallas first lol) and that was almost a full week prior to their "estimate". Throughout, I was able to track where it was on their website. Their office staff and trailer drop-off folks were helpful and considerate. If you're willing to box and pack your own stuff, I would highly recommend using U-pack to save lots and lots of money on your move.

Was an experience..... I originally was planning a move from Hobbs NM to Albuquerque NM , but that was not in the cards for me so I was able to call and have them keep it in lubbock tx so it could put our belongings in a storage with our Son in Lubbock and saved me to quite a bit in time and money

All staff in my "from" and "to" sites were very accommodating in dealing with the restrictions in place at my new home site. We are extremely please with: -the price -the care of our possessions -the timeliness of pick up and delivery -the extra effort given to accommodate certain restrictions. -the courtesy and helpfulness of the drivers. They provided tips that were very helpful. U-Pack was recommended to us by friends and we will recommend to anyone. Thank you.

I requested the cubes a month in advance and was told it would arrive between 8am and 12pm the day of the move. Instead they arrived at 6pm with a group of employees that didn't even know how to get the fork lift off the truck. After an hour of them getting instructions over the phone, and failing, I finally told them we would just get a Uhaul. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

From start to end, almost four months of preparation, New Mexico to Pennsylvania. A big thank you to all involved at u-pack. One of the best decision I ever made. Both drivers are super nice and pleasant to talked to, and the cheapest I found online. I didn't encounter any problem with U-PACK and ABF. We wish you all a wonderful day. ðŸ‘

I was impressed with the local group of people in Lubbock, TX. My only complaint was that they were not on time with delivering the pod but I called them and asked what the new time range was and they were accurate. The Pod was clean and it made our loading job nicer. In the contract it stated that they would pick up the pod within 2 business days but I needed it off of the property sooner. They worked hard to make sure that the pod was picked up the next day. Our Pod arrived in Missouri within 2 business days and everything was perfect.

Their estimate of how much trailer space I would need was spot on. I would highly recommend them. Just make sure you account for load tie downs and moving pads when you are estimating your moving expenses because they are not included.

I had a great experience with U-Pack. They were awesome to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable with my questions. The truck arrived sooner than expected, but I was able to call and schedule a delivery date that worked best for me. I will definitely use them again the next time I move. Highly recommend U-Pack!

No ramp included for the initial load site. The company called the day before the load to inform me but had no options to solve the problem in the next 3 days. That is a big issue when you have to be out of the house by a closing date. UPack did reimburse me part of the cost for the help I had to hire but not all. The ramp is necessary for their load height and they should make sure it is included with every delivery. Otherwise, everything was as they said it would be.
