Very nice and helpful staff. This store is the nicest ulta I've been to im not from here just here on job they make you feel welcome always greeting you when you come in. And always someone around if you need help I got my hair done by Rosa and she is the best she fixed my color when I was not liking what I had and now it looks great she is so sweet and wonderful we are done with the job and going back home I'm gonna miss her and the rest of the ulta team. Great job to all staff.

Walked in looking for the perfect pinky-brown lip liner & lipstick duo for every day. Walked up to the first associate, and asked for his help. Zane introduced himself to me and asked my name. Then he asked me various questions about my undertones, normal lip products, and I told him my budget. He showed me several products and swatched them all. We ultimately landed on a NYX lip pencil and M.A.Cximal sleek satin lipstick. Zane was the best! Please give him all the praise!!!

We had the worst experience there with the night manager, Karen. She was rude and disrespectful to my mother in law when we asked about a foundation to get ideas. The only upside to the experience was Arlette the cashier who was phenomenal in helping us find a straightener, not only that but she brought in one of the hairstylist to help get us a professional opinion.

The workers are so friendly and ready to help! I highly recommend coming here for a shade match I FINALLY found the perfect foundation thanks to the girl that helped me she’s got shade matching down to perfection she got my exact shade on the first try I was very impressed !🥰

Last weekend I went to do some shopping I usually do them online but I decide to go personally and I took the worst experience with the costumer service their associates do not recognize the policies and seeing that you speak Spanish they make you feel uncomfortable they should teach or educate their employees that being Hispanic is not a crime.

I haven’t always had the best experiences here but this was by far the worst. My husband went next door and tried to come back but they locked the door which I understand they were closing however he was just trying to pay for my items because it was my birthday present but they wouldn’t even let him come in for that. Took everything within me not to just throw my items down and leave.
