I shop at United Market Street alllllllllll the time. I refuse to get my groceries and meats from any other store.. Today, I visited the United Express To fill up my wife's SUV, Get some drinks and go on our way. My wife and I drink beer maybe 3 times per year and we decided to get the 18 pack on sale for $19.99 and my wife wanted a price check on a single drink.. The guy at the register refused to give her a price until my wife showed id.. I understand buying it, but just for a price check? About 3 minutes later, I walk up with the 18 pack and tell me its $25... If I wanted the sale price, i needed to go to the main store. Maybe I'm blind or misinformed, but please let it be known that none of your ad prices are available in United Express.. I was a little more frustrated bc the 2 cashier's moved as fast as molasses... Maybe treat the customers with more humility. I shop at 82nd and Milwaukee by my house, everyone knows me bc I spend soo much time and money there... Maybe it's time for a change... Other stores are much cheaper but I love the quality and that it's locally owned, is the reason why I prefer United. Fri jan24th-2025 at 530pm is when I went...

Really shady stuff happening here. As soon as I swiped my card here my credit union immediately flagged it for fraud as the gas station tried to charge my car to $150 and now my card is blocked. Was not even able to buy gas. Do not go here.

Normally, I don't have many issues at this location. But this time when I went in to get gas, the guy was talking with the other employee not paying attention to customers. I had to interrupt their conversation just so that they would charge my card and listen to me. I told the employee, Daniel, that I needed said amount in gas. He charged my card and I went outside. I walked out to my car after paying and realized he hadn't even done anything yet and I was very frustrated. I walked back into the store to tell him to start the the pump and again the 2 employee were laughing ignoring customers. He finally does his job. Then he laughs and all he tells me is "my bad".

They really need to make improvements to their streetside system. The last 2 weeks in a row I get back home (don’t live in town) and am missing several bags of groceries from my order. I call them and they tell me first that they must’ve given my groceries to someone else, but I can come back and get them replaced. The second time, they just simply didn’t grab all the bags that were on my order. I asked for a manager to figure out how I can order differently or at a different time to stop having to deal with making another trip back up there every week ($10 in gas each time) and the girl answering the phone says there is no manager or supervisor of any kind. They have a “lead” but she only works 6a-2p. No wonder there are constant mistakes.Very disappointing service from a company who used to be known for excellent customer service. We will be ordering from Walmart or a different United from now on, and encourage others to do the same if you utilize grocery pickup.
