So I go in to get a tiny salad bar salad. I used to work in a Deli and I can fairly accurately judge how much something weighs by holding it in my hand. When I was paying, I noticed my salad came out to .81 pounds when the woman weighed it - almost $7. I said "No way is that is nearly a pound." She replied "It's .81." Uh, yeah - it's wrong. I asked her to weigh on another scale after she said "Oh yeah - this scale has been off all day." What the...?!?! Once re-weighed, it came out to .31 pounds. A $5 difference. Of course I had to go to customer service, who had to send me to a cashier to get everything fixed. My main thing; if you KNOW your scale is weighing incorrectly, don't keep screwing people over, United!!!

WORST CLINIC EVER. Had an appointment but the white lady walked in and was seen immediately after I was told I was next. Was told 20 minutes its been an hour. Terrible...HORRIBLE. Will be going to Covenant.

Doctor couldn't even help me with my issue, paid my deductible, then still got a bill in the mail...FOR WHAT?? Do not come here..!

Super friendly staff not to mention knowledgeable about things in the store willingness to help you find things throughout the entire store. Great customer service.

2 Stars because the baggers / cart-employees will offering assistance. The cashier was pretty judgemental. Assumed a ponytail = something worth insulting; I've worked in a larger chain (grocery) prior for 4.5 years, including working shorthanded. Drinks in cooler, near diner, were set for Coke / Pepsi promotion, but tag spacing would indicate ALL carbonated products were eligible (mix & match). I asked cashier IF I needed to 'Enter Rewards #' in order to attain 3x for $12.97 Response "you have to spend first, before you get any points" ...Okay... - does that fit the bill? Obviously was unwilling to clarify sale requirements and became impatient. I've had 800+ cases, cart-collecting, store closing + assisting with checkout, plus receiving & STORING pallets for all other departments with just a person under me (as a Night Manager), who was a night stocker. 2 Stars because of H20 prices & helpful cart / bagger(s) - made their presence known. Regarding the cashier - I did make & admit a mistake - the plastic bags are not very durable, a stark contrast from (my) normalcy; I openly admitted - "you were right man, sorry" (with smile) Response "I tried to tell you, but you said -- mocking an effeminate voice 'I dooonn't neeed one' {Exxagerate soft-spoken tone} I speak 3 languages & will am working on a 4th, but I make sure I am heard as I speak. Either Customer Service or Cultural Equality training is recommended.
