The cashier was angry and curt. I understand having a bad day, but customer service is paramount. Then the sacker tossed my groceries in the backseat causing a broasted chicken to empty on the carpet. I usually shop at HEB because it’s cheaper. However, today, I had to take my oxygen in and needed groceries taken out to the car. This is contrary to the manner United employees usually display; however, I won’t be back

Good but lots of stuff is expired, if I forget to check before I get home I always end up with something that's past its date. And for some reason they close the self checkout and only have one cashier after 9pm so it takes 15 minutes to check out.

I live their produce, and for if something seems to be wrong, take it back for exchange, they will be glad to help fix what they didn't do wrong in the first place. Don't sit and complain, get up and make those changes. Live united and the workers there are just great!
