I have to give a huge shout out to Jama at curbside. Everytime she's there she's warm and welcoming. She has gone above and beyond to help in any way she can. United has always had great customer service, but Jama is top-notch!

My primary reason for stopping at this store is getting gas. I'm not in town much anymore so I don't know how it has changed but when I am in town this is a convenient place to get gas. Almost never can I get a receipt from the gas pump and instead I have to come inside. From my memories of United I find that to be particularly odd and particular to this store. I've complained to management both in the gas station and in the main store. Nothing's changed, the last time I was there a couple weeks ago - DAMN IT, NO RECEIPT!! I hate to give a United such low scores, but somebody needs to figure it out. You do it at all the other stores as far as I remember. To be detailed, this is the store at the corner of 114th and Slide. If somebody from corporate reads this you need to get on their lazy butts! If I don't want to get receipts, I'll go to Alon. Or I'll give up on you guys and drive the extra to get to Sam's and save a little. DID I MENTION, GET THE RECEIPT PRINTERS WORKING AT THE GAS PUMPS!! Otherwise, in my book you would be four or five star place like most of United is!!

They have a very good selection of organic products. The prices are very good. The store is large and has a deli, a restaurant area at the deli, a bakery, a butcher area, a wide variety of items in every grocery category. Friendly staff. Large parking spaces and plenty of parking.

I love the great folks at the pharmacy at United supermarkets at 8010 Frankford Ave. Lee helped me today and he is just a great guy.

I live close to United and it's a nice store, but I like AMIGOS on university BETTER! they have a deli for fresh cut meat and personally I like to follow the Manager Joe. I've been knowing him for MANY years. ❤️

Ordered from the Grill today at the hot bar. I got the chicken salad sandwhich and my husband got the cheeseburger. Everything was made fresh right there and was so very delicious! The young man making our food was very nice and did a great job!

Went in this morning to see clearance meat in the bunker. While doing so I switched sides of the bunker to sort through the meat. While doing so a lady from meat market came and aggressively put the meat back where I was looking. As she walked away I told her that I wasn't done looking and she said that customers always make a mess out of the meat. So I spoke with a meat market manager who explained to me that they try to make it look neat for the customer, which didn't make since cause I was a customer. Anyway management was nice and professional but this lady who slammed the meat was very rude and very unprofessional. I go to United all the time with no issues until today. So I won't be shopping this location anytime soon.

The floral spray I ordered was elegant embrace and it has beautiful lilies, miniature ,stock,and a few other fillers. What I got was nothing like the picture it was wilted flowers, ugly roses, it just wasn’t pretty at all. I will not be using United again. I called and let the manager at the floral department know and all he can say was I was sorry no can I reimburse you? No, can I make it up to you. No nothing just I’m sorry. I was very disappointed.Market street on 98th and
Quaker. So very upset.
