Poor, my mom was a patient there, nurses was very poor at there job. My mom called me for assistance and I'm in Dallas. I will be going to a higher up for this. My mom, I don't play about AND I couldn't be there, tragic.

Waiting for 2 days for my daughter to have surgery on her hands from a brutal attack with a machete. I have been sitting here for 2 days with her.have not even seen a doctor. The nurses here are fabulous. I will give UMC that.

Everyone here was very professional and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with care and professionalism
