Service was no good and after 2 weeks thinking that they did there job I find out they lost some important papers I sent and because I don't have a tracking number there is nothing they can do I shouldn't have to track my mail on its journey so I paid the notary 20 plus shipping to loose my stuff if I could give no stars I would

This UPS store is the best. They are friendly and fast. We have all of our packages shipped there, and it is such a relief not to have to worry about rushing home to get a package off the porch before it is stolen! We pick up our packages when it it convenient for us. Plus, they are open on Sundays so we don't have to wait til Monday if we can't get there on Saturday. It is very convenient and the people are great!

Horrible customer service! They rerouted a package that contained very important things and cost me a lot of hassle. When I called to speak to someone in the store, the owner refused to get on the phone and forced me to talk to the manager. If I could file a formal complaint with UPS, I would. I'm disgusted.

Really helpful, super quick, and very informative. Awesome employees that are clearly working super hard and wanna help out the customer in the most cost efficient manner. Come here if you need to ship something or even advice on how to pack something. Awesome store.
