This store is selling postage stamps for a 50% mark up. I thought my total seemed off and asked if that is how high stamps are now and the employee looked me straight in the eye and said "Yes, that's what they cost now." I did not notice how much I actually paid until I got in my car and checked the receipt. When I got out to return them, they had posted a sign that said all sales on the stamps were final. Guessing the employees are pocketing the money. Learn from my mistake. Don't use this store Lubbock people.

You can provide them with a legit address and they will reply with what is the actual address. They look at you like you’re stupid and then ask you how to spell a basic name like Rodrigo. It is just a bit annoying because you can give them all the material and they still don’t know what they’re doing.

This has been a go-to place for shipping, which they do well, but now bumping down to 3 stars. Their signage and their website say they do PASSPORT and other ID PHOTOS, but this location does not, I find after waiting in line... Someone needs to update their info, and this may no longer be my favorite place to ship...

It is so unpleasant to go here. The employees act as if you’re inconveniencing them. Mysteriously, my package that was labeled with a lithium battery warning tag was missing it’s contents (AirPods) when it arrived at its destination. Never again

I’ve had a box here for many years and this had been great until the new ownership. Under new ownership misdirected packages, visibly idle and unhelpful employees. One in particular who enjoys snickering and making rude comments about paying customers who are struggling and might need assistance. The parking lot here has always been a hazard and a nuisance. There are more professionally run places to take care of our mailing needs.

this place is trash. employees are trash. brought in a drop off with a prepaid label. Hispanic lady says label wont work that i need to print a new one. i say "ok thats fine print it out ". tells me its 3 dollars for a new label? when i have the printed out one already. i asked why do you charge people? fed ex or usps doesnt. her reply is "cause were a franchise store , we can do that."

Most incompetent shipping experience of my life. Force to me to take a day off for a package and driver drives by while parking and doesn’t stop. Customer service tells me it is at a pick up point across town. Go there and say it’s back on the other side of town. Still not there. Simply the worst customer service and delivery drivers out there. ETA of delivery was completely wrong and they made no attempts to update me on anything. Do not use this company

The two young men working the counter were both so polite and kind and eager to help me. They were both professional and proficient.One of the guys had to leave as his shift was over and the other guy went above and beyond to help me with my shipment. I truly appreciate this. EXCELLENT customer service. :)

They lost my Amazon package. I am out $200. On July 10 I went to this store to return a package. I sent them an email with the return label. They printed the return label. They charged me $3.26 for the label. They attached and shipped it. Or so I thought. UPS tracking says the package never left the store.Store can't help. UPS customer service online site to file a claim is a joke. Vendor and Amazon can't do anything since there is no evidence it left the store.

Doors were locked and closed before closing time. They always close before closing time. Make sure you're here 30 minutes prior because they don't follow their posted times.Update. I was there before current posted times. Always closes early.

I attempted to ship an item using my corporate account and was told that no UPS store in the country was allowing people to use their corporate accounts because every UPS store is independently owned and the liability risk is too high. I asked what the point of having a corporate account was if no UPS location would allow a person to use it and the response I received was, "Well, I'm not sure about that but if you went online and hacked the account using email, you could probably do it."Soooo, I looked at the associate and waited for the punchline or rest of the joke....he was dead serious. I think I will open a new account with another shipping company.
